8K is still in its infancy stage and I’m the Guinea pig. I would give it a zero star if possible. My daughter gave me this piece of junk for Christmas 2022. It went dead in August 2024. I called Samsung service dept. They told me that the warranty expired. I’ll have to paid to fix it myself. I’ve never bought a tv with such short life span. I notice there’s no manual button to turn it on and off when I first received it. To turn on the tv, I can only use the remote. I thought that doesn’t make sense. The Samsung employee said that’s because I choose the high end 8K 75”. That even makes less sense. They also told me I’ll have to take the TV down from the wall for them to fix it. Well, I highly recommend to stay away from it.

Love this tv! Aboslutely beyond expectation. Reason of having it 4 stars is because in less than a month it broke and had a LINE across the whole screen. Had it replaced, its a hassle coz they couldnt deliver the replacement, but rhey did pick up the defective one. Easy replacement transaction, thanks also to being a total tech member.

Excellent picture!! Had it installed for 2 weeks and seen more boogers skin lesions than ever. Such detail and color. AMAZING!! Great buy!

Check the price adjustment often. I ended up paying $500 less. Not too many 8K movies available yet. Get 4K TV or OLED instead.

I bought this model and it's not working anymore after 1 year and 10 months. I have not even paid for the TV in full yet because it is under a 2-year deferred plan. Geek Squad told me that LG supplies all the panels used by different brands of TV and he has currently 3 other customers with same issue with the panels. This is a LEMON! Samsung should SWAP LEMONs with new ones for free!

I purchased this TV 11 months ago, and initially, I was very pleased with its performance. The picture quality was sharp, and the features were impressive. However, after just under a year of use, the screen quality has significantly deteriorated. I've started to notice double lines and other visual issues that make it almost unwatchable. Given the price and the brand reputation, I expected a much longer lifespan and better durability. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I would not recommend this TV to others based on my experience.

Nice picture but would often disconnect from WiFi. Also-fragile. The screen cracked while adjusting the angle of the mount

Tv keeps cracking& popping. No matter what i do to it. I already return it 1st time then hope to get another chance. Now same issue occuring. I have it mount at a good level. I dont have the bright setting up to high. Also it does get warm in the center. But still popping noise from the plastic. Spent alot of money on this tv and shouldn't be happeing.

The instructions and pictures need to gel especially so you don't have to undo and start over .

It has a premium quality panel and multiple useful functions. I am totally satisfied with this product.
