Absolutely no stars! Spoke with customer service and she was no help! Said the delivery wasnt updated and wont be for 24 to 48 hours! How the heck can someone pay $3300 and get no customer service the same day it was reported? The tv that was delivered was a $999 tv. Its apparent there is no quality check because the stickers on the box dont match. Tried calling the store and it directs to the same call service line. What the heck has happened to customer service and the customer getting what we pay for the same day we are supposed to get it. Now we have a tv that we didnt buy sitting in the dining room without a date to be picked up because the system wont update for 2 days and no telling when we will get out tv bevause the sytem says we got our tv! Also we took down out older tv and got prepared to put the bracket onto the new tv. We had to put everything back. This has been a complete nightmare.

The TV is nothing but amazing. I give the TV a 5 out of 5. Clarity was amazing and was easy to setup. The part you must know is if you buy this as an "open box" make sure you get the one connect cable and remote. If not and you leave the store without it, you will have to buy it and it is not cheap. It is what powers the TV on. Nobody told me when I purchased the TV but wish I would have known. I had to called Geek Squad a second time to install it and they did an awesome job. I only rated this experience as "4" due to Best Buy Customer service in store and on the phone was no help at all.

Got an absolutely amazing deal on this TV and couldn’t be happier! The quality is amazing, I love how bright and colorful everything is. The sound is nice could be better, I’d recommend a sound bar but I would for most tbs regardless for a better experience. The tv offers a multitude of different options which is a nice touch. It’s great that Samsung offer a free cable service along with browsing internet options. I still have several more tests to do as far as the converting from “4k to 8k options” but as of right now I am very satisfied with how smooth and colorful everything seems to be displayed. I’d recommend it for those that are seeking a higher end tv for a reasonable price. I’d take advantage of the Black Friday sales!

Expected more from this tv. Replaced a 900B that had panel issues. This tv is a 2023 model and even at 1 model down was a huge step down. I know Samsung is known for bright tv's, but this was over the top. You can't really have dark scenes with this tv, even dropping those settings down low. It still causes a lot of blooming. We have been Samsung only household, 4 other Samsung's in the house, but this by far was the worst in terms on PQ. Not only that is doesn't handle upscaling to 8K as good as we expected, it created long pixelation bars on many programs. Eventually returned for a different brand tv.

Menu system is a little wierd to navigate but once you figure it out it isn't so bad. Had problems connecting up my Samsung Sound bar at first, it would drop the eArc connection out and then say S. MUTE but after reading some other reviews tried a factory reset and it fixed the issue, been great since! Amazing picture, operating system is smooth as silk and apps are fast and responsive. When connected up to my other Samsung smartthings in the house it will give you little corner notifications like the fridge was left open, the dish washer is done etc. 4k+ video is just beautiful, what little 8k content exists is just epic. Very happy with this TV once I fixed the sound bar issue!

Excellent purchase. Picture quality is awesome. Bought out of box but had no issues with scratches and dents.

The picture is extraordinary, and the interface is mostly fine. My only problem is with the voice command, which sometimes turns on even when you don’t command it to do anything.

The image quality is excellent and the processor is very responsive. I have 5 other Samsung TVs that are also newer but this 8K unit has the best features. I like the solar recharging remote as well as the built-in Alexa. The TV is very thin so definitely use this device with a wireless soundbar system.

I bought this tv for my bedroom and i couldnt be happier. It is super bright, way over-powered, which makes it exactly what i was looking for. I have a 85”QN90B in my loving room, otherwise, this tv would be front and center for all to see. Don’t hesitate for a second to buy this tv.

I’m not gonna lie … it looks great and the picture and sound is incredible! I’m 80years old and thought I had seen it all … until now! This Is one amazing TV! Watching it is literally like you are part of the show! In one word…. WOW!!!!

The only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is that 99% of shows and movies are not in 8K yet—they are still in 4K. Also, the system kept rebooting when I had it in a surge protector. Samsung told me to plug it directly into the wall, and I have had no problems since then.

I’ve had the TV for 2 weeks now and wow, simply wow. The perfect size for the room it is in. Normally the sound really leaves you wanting but not in this case. Very impressed.

The picture is magnificent! I didnt want damage it so i had it delivered and mounted on the wall. I didnt plan on buying a TV until i seen it on display. After purchasing it i realized it was perfect timing for Football season!
