    TV is junk, failed just over 2 years of use. Component Heat failure within the Power Supply issue is likely the cause. Hopefully Best Buy has some recourse towards my purchase.

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV IF YOU LIVE IN NEW MEXICO. This may be a great TV but I would not know. I purchased the TV in Albuquerque as a open box on 6/14. The TV would not turn on when I got home. I also purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy. I called Samsung and was told they would arrange for repair. On 6/17 I was told they were ordering parts. On 6/24 I called for repair status and was informed that they were unable to find a technician to repair the TV but they would continue to try to find one. On 7/1 they finally agreed to replace the unit but the exchange request was not submitted until 7/3. It then took till until 7/8 to approve the request. On 7/10 The Samsung Care site said the exchange was approved and it would take 2-4 business days for the exchange unit to arrive. THE CARE SITE ALSO STATED THE EXCHANGE WAS COMPLETED AND THE TICKET WAS CLOSED, this was a complete lie. On 7/12 I called again to check on the status and was told that the TV had been released to the shipping company but it would take 5-7 business days for them to receive it. On 7/15 Samsung called to tell me that the shipping company would receive the TV on 7/17. On 7/17 Samsung called to say that the shipping company had received the unit in California but it would take another 10-12 business days for them to deliver it as they were based in Nevada and the TV was in California and they have no business operations in NM. It's now been over a month since I bought the TV and still have no firm date on when the replacement TV will arrived.

    It disconnected from my internet many times…every time I turned it off. Then it just stopped. Only complaint. Great TV. Best Buy delivered and wall mounted…great service

    Horrible tv, I wouldn’t buy another Samsung product ever again. This TVs panel went bad in under 2 years ironically enough 7 months after the warranty “expired” thanks for nothing Samsung, you’ve lost my business for life

    I had worst experince with this TV as TV broke within 2 months. Bestbuy did not take any responsibility and contacted samsung. But in first attempt samsung could not fix it. Now I feel whats the benefit of buying from bestbuy when they are selling faulty product but not taking any responsibility.
