Everything was a seamless install. PS5 looks great gaming and watching 4K Blu-ray. The “Anti Reflective” aspect of the TV could be a little better. Very happy with purchase

I had a small issues where I had to manually update the firmware, but after so, it has been working great. It works well with the new Samsung Q950A sound bar. With that said, I don't know how the TV speaker sound since I am not using them.

TV was specially built for this with a less sophisticated sound system which doesn't matter as I have a separate home theater. Staff at Best Buy Store walked me through the various choices and were most helpful.

I was hesitant on getting This tv but once it was put up on wall in living room and turning on, the experience was awesome. Great quality. The only negative is the speakers are not as loud. So I purchased a sound system.

The screen is super clear, I have a sound bar that is incredible with this T.V. Anyone that comes over to the house is amazed. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

Cycling between the picture modes didnt give me the same look as my 8000 series. Motion rate 120 does not compare very well to a true 120 or even 240 refresh rate. Still this model was 900 bucks less than the non-brown box model. Great TV just not for its price point.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's QN84A TV. Please know your new TV features Motion Xcelerator Turbo+ for enhanced motion clarity and smooth, fluid motion at 4K 120Hz. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.
