    I discourage to buy a Samsung TV basically an expensive expensive one. These Kind of Qled TVs are very delicate a Simple touch in the screen can make the Liquid damage which will cost as much as Tv price to repair. The warrenty doesnot covers that. No one helps in this kind of situation I bought the same and its just 8 months old. I have to throw it and buy a new one. Extremely bad experience with Samsung Customer care.

    For the price point, the picture quality and motion is terrible. I returned and picked up a Sony OLED.

    Worked great for 13 months, then died, one month after warranty expired. Samsung tech came to diagnose, needs a new internal board for a total price of $1,000 which is half the price of the tv. Apparently this is a common problem. Never buying a Samsung TV again.

    Had TV for one month and one corner has went out and the entire screen flashes.

    The TV is defective and had a large Black area that periodicallyshows up.

    Comparing the products online I couldn't find huge variations between the Neo QLED products so decided to visit the store. Asked the sales rep at the store for differences between this model versus the 85 and 90 4K Neo QLEDs and the only answer I got was, "picture quality." The store did not have this model on display so I asked to estimate the picture quality of this product to all TVs on display and was told aside from the 90 Neo QLED and LG OLED, the picture on this TV is probably better than all others displayed. We decided to purchase and are very happy thus far. Colors are bold and crisp. My wife mentioned she could not tell the difference in pictire quality between this model and the displayed 90 Neo QLED. We put this TV in a 24x13 room and the sound from the TV alone is adequate without a soundbar or surround sound speakers. In my opinion, this is a great buy this holiday season.

    Could be Great…Samsung Listen Up

    A great TV marred by Samsung’s insistence on forcing you to watch on the menu bar: 1) Their sales pitch icon, 2) Certain “Key” icons like Disney+, etc…., 3) Now having to scroll up the menu to get to the option of selecting my home theater receiver from “SmartThings”…you used to have it as it’s own menu item. I like to customize the menu items to only those I want…Samsung, Americans do not want to be forced to do it your way. My next TV is likely to be another brand for that exact reason. Other than that, I like the TV very much. The colors are brilliant, and the radio frequency remote is improved, with a solar panel on the back to charge it…brilliant. However, the remote control options of Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Samsung TV Plus are too easily pressed when trying to adjust the volume and channel toggle buttons.
