I I LOVE this TV. I have to also thank the folks at Best Buy in San Rafael for helping me with this purchase--Tito Eusey and Leban are part of a great team at the store, and were incredibly valuable and informative. There's so many choices and models that without their help it can be so confusing. Online reviews are helpful, but it gets lost without seeing the actual TV right in front of you and someone to explain the differences. They were incredible at helping me find the right set for a great price. I had originally bought a Sony from a different store, and unlike at Best Buy there was no support helping me select. I was really disappointed with the quality and returned it. The picture and sound quality was nowhere as good as this Samsung. The operating system is really intuitive and easy to navigate. I got it on sale, so it was much less than the LG OLED I was considering. I am really happy with this set.

Purchased this TV on a pre-blackfriday deal for $900 off price. The Picture quality is amazing compared to my 5 year old 55" 4K TV. This thing has all the bells and whistles when paired with a new Q-series soundbar. HRD10+ 4K 120hz, adaptive sound. Only a couple TV's better than this one in their lineup. For the sale price I don't think I could beat it.

I researched alot before buying this tv on a black Friday special. I found the professional reviews very polarizing but the personal customer reviews very very positive. Best buy has a good return policy so I jumped on the sale price. I really like the tv and if your like me and researching the real world use is truly awesome. They knock it for being a low contrast when the blacks are awesome and the tv gets really really bright. I don't regret the purchase at all and if you worried about the 84a vs 85 thing it really is only the speakers.

It's a big tv! Boxed pretty well. You'll need two people to get it out and moved to your location. The dark color is good and the picture is bright. For movies, excellent. Setting up between your phone (it can be used as a remote, but limited), cable provider remote, and the little remote they send you is kind of a pain. I do not want to have to use that little remote unless I do not have a cable provider. I haven't gotten a handle on it. Switching inputs is not as straightforward as it typically is. The biggest issue is Streaming tv and sports. It is a 120hz. I expected to see the players on the field clearly, It is not (may not be using this term correctly) refreshing as quickly as expected. The players are still not clear upon their movement. That is my biggest issue. I expected more quality in that department and is the reason I made the jump.

Love this TV !! It's almost as if you are standing next to the characters in whatever you're watching. Very easy set up as well, the TV combines cable and ROKU, etc. in the initial set up so there's no need to go thru that with each device. Highly recommend this TV.

This TV was well worth the money. The contrast is impeccable. The color richness is superb and the picture quality is unmatched. I’d recommend getting a spectate sound bar for this version (Q84A) but other than that I would highly highly recommend this beast.

Made right decision to buy this TV. TV quality is excellent, clear picture, bright color. The assembly is not difficult, although the instruction manual is not so straightforward. The setup is quite easy, connecting to my home theater system.

Fantastic screen! Very bright, great contrast. I love the 120 hz native refresh rate. Sound from the tv is sufficient, but also has an optical out port as well as HDMI out that show connecting to av receiver.

TV has a beautiful picture and was easy to set up. Love the design of the box which allows the TV to stand by itself so you can either install the feet or the mounting brackets for wall hanging.

This tv is phenomenal. Picture quality is outstanding. Watching movies and gaming is a pure pleasure on this tv. I have not been going to the movie theaters much anymore and this makes up nicely.

This was an early Christmas present. This is an awesome TV. I had room to go a bit bigger but this fit perfect and in my room it is the perfect size for my viewing distance (approx 20 feet) But as far as features it is tops. The remote is taking me some getting use to but the tv has bluetooth built in so I have some earpods on order to help me when I want the volume down but want to watch a movie. The picture is awesome> I already had a surround sound system but with this one it's not either or, I have the surround sound on while the TV speakers are also on adding a little more clarity for my poor hearing. Sorta cool that I can display my iphone onto the screen as well

TV is everything hubby wanted: sharp, clear, easy to use. The Geek tech team hung it and sound bar in a snap. Only thing: TV looks so good that we wished we had gotten the 85" instead.

Love our new Samsung tv. It is such a beautiful picture. What a nice upgrade from our 10 year old set. We now have so many more apps to use. The remote is also very user friendly.

Fantastic TV. The colors are vibrant and the contrast is perfect. We mounted the TV on the wall and the entire family loves it. This was the perfect family gift this Christmas.

I've spent the last couple years dreading switching from a plasma. The 600Hz is unbeatable by even OLED. I finally gave in with this tv. After several hours and several trips to a store to see displays, I gave in. I am in love with this TV. It's close enough quality wise that I don't stare at the soap opera effect and lose my mind. There is a setting to turn that off by the way. If you're like me and want a high quality picture this TV will do. If nothing else, the size more than makes up for it. Lastly, if you turn up the brightness it can be like staring at a tanning bed light bulb, lol.

This tv is great. Extremely easy to set up and the picture is awesome. It is very heavy so if you're setting it up yourself get some help. Very happy with this tv.
