It’s awesome and highly recommended for gaming. The only downside is that the TV does not do well with dark scene hopefully an update will address the issue.

We needed a large screen and wanted excellent quality for a reasonable price. We got this one on sale at a Black Friday price. It is an amazing television. It has all the features you want in a smart TV and the Neo QLED picture is outstanding. For the money it is an outstanding value.

Samsung and Best Buy combined nailed it. I had them do the install mounted and it was all seamless. Easy set up and watching TV, playing games the Tech and ease of doing things is just unreal. I would Highly recommend this TV, spend the extra and get the 4K HDMI Cables, they do make a difference.

Only reason to upgrade was for newer technology or size to fit a room. This TV provides a quality picture and is tolerant to a wall of windows. You will need a nice sound bar to complete your entertainment experience.

Picture is almost edge to edge with very little frame on sides. Very thin TV. I thought TV was heavy until i unpacked it. The base plate heavy. I had no problem mounting it with a friends help. TV is just too big for one person to mount alone. This replaces a 55 inch Samsung QLED in my living room. Substantial difference in size

It has the clearest picture that shows the tiniest details I didn’t even know I was missing. It is very sleek and modern looking, as well. I love that the remote has buttons for Netflix, Prime Video and Samsung TV. It is even powered by charging it or flipping it over for light charge.

Paired quickly with a Samsung soundbar to overcome the inferior TV speakers. Only complaint so far is the remote doesn't seem to work with RF like my old 2019 Q70 remote did which allowed us to control the Xfinity X1 cable box with the TV remote. Highly recommend and would purchase this TV again.

I'm very pleased with it. The picture quality is outstanding. Delivery was on schedule. Set up was fairly easy. Only thing I could not get to work was the voice command on the controller itself, although voice commands work fine via Alexa.

Thank you for sharing your user experience with Samsung's QN84A TV. Your TV has 3 Voice Assistants to choose from: Bixby, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. You will first need to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV. You will also need to be connected to the internet. After selecting your Voice Assistant, you can change the settings by going to: Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant. Once your Voice Assistant is selected, you can press the Microphone button on your remote to help navigate the settings menu, change the volume, or even search for content.
