The clarity is amazing and if the movie or game supports HDR it looks even better. It’s bright without giving you a headache or straining your eyes. They added a glare resistant film that works pretty well; mine is hung right is front of a window that gets full sun, during the day you can see the window but between the clarity, brightness and anti-glare film, it’s pretty alright. It also has smart features, like when I turn on my game system it will switch to the HDMI, if there is loud ambient noice like a vacuum or blender the TV will automatically raise the volume a bit. My one problem, my remote suddenly stopped working, only the power button would work but it wasn’t responding to anything else. I re-paired the remote to the TV and it didn’t work until about the 5th time it just started working again. Samsung support wasn’t really any help, they were going to send a technician since you can’t take the batteries out of the remote. But the TV is great, you can control it with your phone, so I didn’t take off a star for that.

Thank you for your review of Samsung’s QN85A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your experience with your remote not working. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

Dark scenes have much more definition than my previous TV. My living room has a lot of natural light and the picture quality is great. The solar powered remote control is small and sleek. It has buttons for instant access to Netflix and Prime. Best part was getting it on sale. I definitely recommend this TV.

This is by far the best TV that we have purchased to date. The picture quality is outstanding. We set the mide at "vivid" and we can literally see every detail on screen that you can imagine. This the sixth TV purchase from Bestbuy..they really are the best. And my salesman Dennis was amazing…fantastic experience.

Im gonna put one in every room!!! In British speak; You can't argue with the picture quality and definition. Its quite possibly the top of the pile when it comes to watching Sports, especially Football and Hockey. I'm thrilled to bits with it.

Wonderful for the living room and the the size is perfect. I did wish it had Dolby Vision like my LG Oled but I still love the way the HDR looks and the blacks are really not bad. Doesn’t look washed out grey. Plus the price isn’t bad. I have the Samsung Q950A soundbar with it and I’d never thought I’d say it was overkill but “Oh well” together they are an amazing combo.

The associate showed us several and allowed me to ask many questions. After a lot of comparison, we settled on this TV and I absolutely love it! The 75 inch model is much larger than what I thought we would be purchasing, but I really like watching the baseball games.

Samsung is awesome but the BestBuy team (near Greenwood Park Mall) that came to install the TV, was fast, efficient, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the products offered. It looks amazing on my wall in the living room area.

Picture is just stunning, I was worried about sound because of reviews but it’s just fine for me and my place! Samsung tv has lots of free channels. I cancelled my cable and am now streaming through this tv. This savings will eventually pay for the tv. Picture quality is clear and crisp.
