The geek squad worked effectively/efficiently to install the tv.They also showed me how to work the remotes to operate the television!

Picture is amazing. Only drawback is that samsung changed up the program interface and there is a bit more of a lag now

For optimal performance, please verify you've got the latest firmware version installed. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Once adjusted, the picture is fine.

It is also has the most brilliant picture of any TV I have owned. It is simply spectacular. The NEO technology really does minimize glare which is a great feature.

Based on that experience we decided to order a 75 inch for our family room. After two weeks the newly purchased 75 inch stoppwd working and was defective. Best Buy came next day and replaced it with a new model. New one has been as vibrant and precise of our 85 inch one bought lastbyear. I think it's a 5 star TV as long as working. I give it 4 stars because first one crapped out in two weeks. Again, replaced under warranty.

The picture is great and with most of these newer TV's the sound isn't that good, this one it sounds good enough that we didn't need the sound bar we bought and wound up returning it.
