Only last for a few seconds and does not do it all the time. Very annoying.

We appreciate your feedback on your QN85B TV’s picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
Please also be sure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Voice and facial movement often does not match. Have to log off and restart to correct temporarily over and over. Dislike the search function - does not show what we are looking for. Picture is ok, not impressive. Wish I chose another tv.

Solar remote stopped working after less than a year, would not charge with usb-c or light per instructions. Contacted customer service a week before warranty ran out and tried what they told me, seemed at first like it would work but failed. Contacted again, this time warranty expired the day before, so they suggested I purchase a new remote right away. Samsung makes great TVs, but this remote is a fail as is there customer service. An issue predating the warranty should have qualified me for a replacement or fix.
