The sound is decent quality but you do have to turn it up A LOT to hear. It would be better with a sound bar. The Frame is a better value for the money.

Remote stopped working anf connection to aound bar stopped working. I have the extra Best Buy membership but tbey were zero help - told me to call Samsung. Spent 20 minutes on the phone w/Samsung but they were zero help. Save yoirself the aggrivation. Get a differemt TV

Small, unlighted TV remote is difficult to use

Also, the use of the sound bar in conjunction with the TV to get the best sound is difficult.

To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the QN85C under Samsung Neo QLED 4K.
The Remote Guide is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

Samsung could have done better with the installation details, as I preferred staying with a Firestick instead of the Samsung system. Alll in all, I’m happy with the purchase.
