      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your QN85C TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and set-top box to UHD or HD.
      4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
      5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

    The base is really a finch to get on. And I broke off the plastic parts.the sound is always off from the mouth movements

    I expected a much better TV when I purchased my Samsung TV. The sound is not good at all on the TV I have bought from Best Buy.

      If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

      • Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

      What,

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Abnormal sounds will have different causes depending on where the sound originates from. Is the sound coming from your speakers, or is your TV connected to an external audio device like a soundbar? If so, please make sure that the audio cable is connected to the correct audio output connector on the external device.

      For antenna or cable connections, check the Signal Information. A low signal level may cause sound distortions. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information

      If the sound is coming from the back of the TV, the expansion and contraction of the TV's outer casing may cause a popping noise. This does not indicate a product malfunction, and the TV is safe to use.

      You may also want to run a Sound Test by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

    In short ! We purchased in early May delivery date promised May 23rd didn't receive our merchandise until June 6th very very disappointed in service. With the exception of install, they were excellent.

    Tv screen had blotch, exchanged it and that one had more blotches. Best Buy charged me for another delivery and returned my 5 year geek squad all without telling me any of this. I had to get a third and different tv and had to pay again but at least was aware. Horrible experience with best buy. Never again will I do business with them. Go else where if you can.

    Well I had a brand new 75in installed and within 24 hours it was completely dead. Hoping for the replacement sometime next week with better luck.

    I am disappointed with the sharpness of the picture. Watching sports the screen looks somewhat pixelated. I cannot get the colors right despite utilizing the various options.

      We appreciate your feedback on your QN85C TV’s picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    This TV sucks, had it one week and main board went bad, Samsung said it was a bad remote. They sent a new one ( which took 3 weeks to receive) only to find out it’s a bad main board

    This TV is magnificent. I wanted something quality after having a 50inch CU series for over 4 years. It’s a pretty penny but def a bang for your buck. I’ve done everything under the sun with this tv and I’ve only had it for three days lol as much as I love outdoors, this TV makes me wants to stay inside and just either play games or movies all day. Mini LEDs make a difference , you won’t regret it.

    Love this tv! Upgraded from a 50in Samsung so the size was a huge upgrade. The platform runs smooth and fast. Had to tinker with the picture settings a bit to get it to my liking and everything great on it now. Highly recommend

    Everything about the image is great- but Samsung forces its Samsung TV Plus on you every step of the way. Their version of online network streaming, samsung TV plus os forced ok this TV. Even if uou delete the app multiple times, every time you turn on ybe TV, some B movie from yne ‘80s or ‘90s will be playing. Even if you delete the app, it still broadcasts movies from Samsung TV Plus. I hate this TV becauee of it.

      While the Samsung TV Plus app cannot be permanently uninstalled, there are a few things you can do to prevent from seeing this content:

      - While your TV may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option

      - Remove the app from your Home screen.
      1. From Media Home, select List Edit (at the end of the APPS list)
      2. Click the app you’d like to move and press the down directional button on the remote.
      3. From here, you can choose to Lock, Move, Reinstall, or View Details about the app selected.
