This is a great TV. Awesome quality, sound and overall excellent television. Had Best Buy come back to my house and install on wall. Fast, easy process. Workers were very knowledgeable and polite as well.

Picture is amazing. Easy to set up and get to all of our different streaming apps.

I found this as an open box item on the website. Went to the store to purchase the size down from it. The deal on this one was so good, I ended up with the larger screen. The staff was very helpful with measuring the screen for me to make sure it fit in my space.

This TV is perfect, our Living room feels like a theater, the image is beautiful.

This unit has many flaws for a screen this price. And I've only had it one day. 1. It does not interface well with either or the 2 soundbars I have or with the 7.1 theatre system it was supposed to serve. The sound bars and surround system work with other screens. It does not show audio level numbers when adjusting volume. So you get to guess when audio will be so loud that your neighbors complain. I guess Samsung wants to sell more of their own branded sound bars. 2. Voice control is inadequate. a. Will not turn of screen and leave audio on for more intimate moments of video free music. b. Will not turn captions on or off. 3. The voice command issue if further aggravated by the tiny remote with tiny non-tactile buttons that makes low light operation difficult if not impossible. Samsung tech support is effectively worthless. 4 texts strings and 1 live call have not fixed the audio issue. I can't tell the quality of the picture as i left the plastic covering on as I explored technical suitability of the unit. I miss my TCL 6 series that met an untimely end. It seems to be time to return to TCL whose equipment is more functional, user friendly and has these features.. Disclaimer: While I don't claim to know everything about televisions, I spent much of my life in television production. as an engineer, director and college television production instructor.

This review is for the Samsung QN85C 75 IN NEO -QLED TV it is a great product the Clarity and the resolution are spectacular. I recommend this product if you are looking to upgrade your family Entertainment Room with style.

This has been a gteat TV. We bought it before Christmas to replace our 65-inch Samsung from 2017. Image quality on it is beautiful and the sound is great with Q-Symphony (combines TV speakers and a Samsung soundbar/subwoofer)

The flat screen is most excellent! The staff was very knowledgeable about al the types of flat screens Best Buy has to offer. I would recommend Best Buy to everyone because the staff is very helpful and versed in all the products you sale. You can't find that in other stores.

We purchased this model because we wanred something that had the ability to have a bright screen as the room has a lot of windows. It has not disappointed. Also, Samsung has made a refreshing update to their Tizen hardware. Seems to run more smoothly then the other samsung televisions I have ourchased before.

The Samsung QN85C is not the best in brightness and cannot compare to the quantum dot OLED but it has a pleasing image and good color for a Samsung. The sound is good too.

We replaced our old Samsung 65” tv with this one and really like the bigger screen along with the great quality picture. The chairs we watch from are about 20 feet away and the 75” really helped!

I say that yet next year they'll come up with a better one. Although I don't know how it would make any difference to me. This TV is GREAT!
