Great product as described and great value. Open box item was very well described. The associates helped load and were very helpful through the process to check that the item was in as described condition. The QN85D picture is noticeably good picture.

The quality of the led for this television is awesome. The processor is fast. I went to Best Buy looking at the televisions because my 4 year old took a sister to my other Samsung TV. The television that I saw, for display, was nice but I found something better than it in the open box section and I had to get it.

Great tv great service I would recommend Best Buy open box to everyone before buying brand new most times you save hundreds of dollars for the same product you were looking at

I like OLed t.vs but The Qn85d is a very good t.v nice a brightand looks good. If you have a living space with alot of windows, Dont worry Qn85D will be just fine. Its on sale pick you one up today.

This is the 2nd time I have had Best Buy for my TV’s the service is so good. They take time to explain all about the TV’s. I am 75 and they made it so easy

Seemed like a good investment but I returned it for price and got a Hisense … now returning the Hisense and coming back for this beast. Very good “budget” TV

I’m not too happy with this product almost every app on the TV freezes loses connection. Called Samson came out swap out board Feels like the TV got worse
