Great picture, better anti glare than previous generation Samsung tv. Works well in bright light have to tone down brightness in low light. I’ve had it a month and no issues.. it did take 3 people to lift up onto the wall mount and was a bit thicker than the OLED I was looking at. I bought it as open box it had no box and no base but a whole lot of bubble wrap.

Our family is very pleased with the picture quality, it is really clear and the details of 4kUHD movies are awesome! I have this paired with a Samsung soundbar and the Q-symphony sounds great. We have also hooked up our PC and have done gaming on this and the clarity at 4k is so good and the vibrant colors make the games look great! I'd highly recommend.

This tv is amazing. Super fast boot times. Clarity beyond my dreams. Remote that self charged. So many inputs to connect devices to. Picture is very sharp and colors are amazing. Samsung 3d is worth the price tag.

Great picture quality and I really like the smart features. This model was easy to install, including connection to our home network and streaming services. The software is intuitive and I keep finding new features that enhance my experience with this TV.

My room is a very well lit room with a lot of natural sunlight. This tv is plenty bright enough and the picture is actually beautiful. I was on the fence between this and a OLED. This won out due to kids/video games and potential burn in. While not on par with an OLED, this is hands down the next best option. No regrets.

This is the best TV I could've bought in all of my years of owning a TV. Never had anything quite as large as this one and I don't regret purchasing it. It's so big and the quality (sound and view) is superb! It makes my room feel like a movie theater!

I am enjoying this tv so far, and the picture and sound are both great. I’m hoping this one lasts me a long time since my previous Samsung QLED 75 inch tv died after only 4 years. I took out the extended warranty on this one.

I never write reviews but this TV is amazing! Not only was it super easy to set up, but the picture quality is amazing! We also got a Samsung Soundbar which was even easier to set up due to the brand compatibility…no pairing or additional remote needed. Also love the smart remote and the ability to access, power, and control Apple TV without changing remotes. Definitely recommend!

The TV had some isues to start with changing channels, while not touch the remote. Best Buys customer service SUCKS! They put you on hold and say I will get you an answer and then they hang up on you. They verified the number your calling from but wont return the call. I will not ever buy anything from Best Buys! I wouod have been better off buying from the manugfacture or Sams club. My assumption was if you have an issue you can get a response, WRONG. Do not buy from Best Buys, they damged my floor on installation. And never returns the call or call you back, It's over a month and was told that you will get a call withuin 48 hours, WRONG.

This TV is amazing. I unboxed it and turned it on. Very simple remote to go through all the screens. The picture and colors were amazing. I upgraded from a Plasm TV with was very good but this picture had great brightness and color.

Pricing :100% satisfied. Procing was very competitive with other big box reatailers. Delivery: 100% disappointed. Delivery was delayed by one week without any notification frm Best Buy. Customer service: 75% I incurred significant personal cost due to the non communication of the delivery delays Best Best customer service gave me the typical run around. TV: 100% Satisfied. The product lived up to my expectations.

Beautiful display with vibrant colors and perfect brightness. This TV is a perfect fit for our living room and satisfies all our needs. I would recommended this product to anyone in the market for a TV.

So far very happy with this tv. It’s been a while since last upgrading so tech has changed a lot and the picture on this tv is incredible. Still exploring settings and features but so far loving it!

Chose the neo-qled as best option for moving off my old OLED. OLED was nice but couldn't deal with burn in issues. This Qled is awesome... great color, brightness and so much smart technology included.... more than i will use. I'm the average TV watcher and this one does great at that. It's been a month and am very pleased with my decision
