Very nice TV. Last one I had I bought in 2013 and it still works, It just is dim at the top. So I went with Samsung again. NOTE: Don't expect to use the speaker and expect great things. Very Basic. You will need to buy a sound bar. That is my only complaint.

Overall the process was excellent. The reason for the lack of 5 stars was that once we had the screen up we found out that it had a cracked screen. Having had 3 people to hang the set and not having the same around for the replacement TV we were forced to have the Geek Squad do the install for an additional $ 250. However all went well and we love the communication and service.

We purchased it think we would love it after two days. The sound stopped working pictures great but with no sound makes a little hard to watch so we had to return it and exchange it for another one which makes a little difficult considering it’s 75 inch TV not a very happy customer.

Depending on the content, this TV is either outstanding or below average. In general the 2017 Samsung 4k LED it replaced was better. I've tweaked the expert settings and have the Standard and Filmmaker mode looking the best. On streaming content it can be great. Switch it to local news and it suddenly looks horrible. You almost have to tweak it each time you change the channel or source. Has super trouble with red. Tried watching a UFL game on Fox and red pants look like bright red homogeneous color blobs. No detail. The other problem is faces looking muddy unless you move the contrast and brightness way up. In general my 2017 TV was consistent across the board no matter the source. Thinking of returning it and then I see a movie and it's really good.

Great TV and Geek Squad was ver helpful for mounting and set up.

Loving the new big screen. The only issues so far is the sound fluctuating on its own and if you turn off the switch under the tv then Alexa doesn’t work correctly.

Total transparency, i have yet to connect the TV. It looks grwat and fits the dpot we needed it for. My house is being remodeled and tge TV wall will not be ready for tye TV for another month. Cant wait to use it

Samsung is a great tv. We have 3 of them. Also the service that was provided in delivering and installing our tv was excellent.
