From there the Samsung machine drives the experience into the toilet. Do not buy if you have an Apple ecosystem. Not compatible with Home/Siri. SmartThings menu is a piece of junk. On the Roku I can watch some Fandango with commercials. On Samsung the same shows are but/rent only. Samsung drives content down your throat. You cannot turn the TV on and have silence. Content is there screaming. No support from Samsung. Support is designed to make their customer service team feel good (let’s call this narcissistic) and leave the customer confused and frustrated (thrown under a bus). On Apple reviews for SmartThings App they kicked me to the curb offering to help by sending me a link to their support where there is none to have.
