    This Samsung Television has to be one of the best performing televisions I have ever encountered and experienced. The picture quality and features of this television is just so awesome!!! Also, the Samsung support for this product is amazing! The Samsung people know their product very well and the staff at Samsung go out of their way in providing software technical support for their purchasing customers. It is a great thing that Best Buy carries Samsung televisions in their stores. Smart move Best Buy and kudos for carrying such phenominal products such as Samsung. Keep up the good work!!!

    This thing is a beast I'm looking at my old collections of DVDS, blue ray' 4k movies, OTA and network channels and this tv makes majority of pictures so clear and define. This beast takes sports to another level a little on the expensive side but to me well worth the investment .Don't forget to pair with good 8k quality 2.1 hdmi cable and you will see a store like picture at home.

    This is the truth....you can watch anything you choose,news or a movie that you have seen 20 times and its just better. Its really unbelievable....you will have more enjoyment watching anything. So blessed to been able to get it. God is great!!

    It's one of the better models of samsung t v that I have purchased out of several. But my opinion is still up in the air for a little while longer. Because my Samsung speakers are not connecting always with the full functionality with the t.v as it did with the past model Samsung tv.

    Great job in set up. Not happy with the general manager , we went into the store about a and he would not acknowledge we were there.

    Not Worth the Money

    Let me start by saying I was really excited about this TV and had really high hopes! Build quality is excellent except for the cheap flimsy cover that goes on the one connect box. Other than that, it’s a great looking tv. Also, this tv is packed with nice features like cloud gaming and even an included live tv service. Now let me go to the deal breakers. The anti-reflective coating is one of the worst I’ve seen. It’s so bad my wife thought the tv was on when it was not. That makes the blacks look like grays and I have the tv set on a fairly dark room. Next, the tv handling of the backlight mini leds just sucks. It’s just a mess!!! If you’re watching a movie with a dark scene, the blsvk bars will look like the blend with scene in a very distracting way. Also, blooming is crazy!!!! In short, this tv is not worth its price tag. I’m very disappointed as I wanted to love this TV but I’m returning it to get an LG G4. I almost forgot, 8k is way too overhyped and not worth it at this moment.

    4 month and toast with no fix in sight

    I was good for the first 4 months. Honestly I was the BIGGEST fan when i watched the new Top Gun on this tv paired with the q990c. The February 1st hit. Tv just stopped turning on. Click click click.... Whatttt Super Bowl is coming. I have 50 people coming to watch 8k. Ticket in Feb 1. Nope part wont be in till Feb 5th. I saw red. Service visit one Feb 6th. Replace power board. Click click click.... Service visit two. Feb 11th Replace main board. Click click click..... I heard the service tech talking to the samsung tech. Samsung tech "Lets replace the panel" No trouble shooting at all. They just keep replacing parts. I have called samsung 6 times. Samsung "Warranty is repair based, no exceptions " I said "So samsung is just going to keep replacing parts?" Samsung " Yes, warranties are repair based" So based on what i know, this tv has 5 main parts. IF its just 1 part I have a 1 in 3 chances that maybe next Thursday the tv will be fixed. IF its a combination of parts it could be what a minimum of 32 different combinations if its only 2 bad parts? So by the time i get it fixed my warranty will be gone. Lets say it is the panel, now i have a 4 month old tv that is being taken apart and no matter how good a tech is its not a controled situation. This tv is being taken apart in a house with hvac systems kicking on potentially dropping a tool. Heck dropping it taking it off the wall. Idk, when its good it good but seems like samsung quality and support is painful. I have had 2 amazing calls with samsung, the people not getting the issue resolved. One of them was very funny, he said you're being very calm i would have lost my mind. Well day 15 and 4 more calls with rude and smug samsung people. One even said "Well why dont you call the local service people" Jokes on i have 5 times. Idk, if you choose to buy it good luck because if it breaks youll be treated like you're bugging them and how dare you want your product fixed. I will not rate when the product was good because thats unfair to a customer. If samsung will make this right maybe ill update it.

    In life, beauty can sometimes deceive & cause pain

    Paid cash for this $5000 + , 8 k tv. And Ok, ooh la la! Yes, it was beautiful in the store & for the 90 days it worked at my house. Then its inherent design and manufacturing flaws (performed in MEXICO) kicked in, and my whole $5000 / 8 k tv broke down . It is 100% KERPLUNK! NOTHING on the screen at all! After weeks of calling Samsung and Best Buy, Samsung has finally agreed to order a new computer board for my tv and a new computer board for my one connect box. BUT Samsung will not touch the tv until it is taken down from the wall mount where BB left it. So I must pay Best Buy $300 to remove the tv from my wall mount , so Samsung can come put the new boards in, then Best Buy will come back and remount the tv on the wall. IF you are a fan of beautiful things, that are a major pain in the backside….THEN THIS TV IS THE TV TO BUY.
