Good quality for the money. We are enjoying the clear screen. We are having a little trouble syncing our remotes for the TV, DISH, and sound bar. We are reaching out to the Geek Squad for assistance.

This is a perfect TV for a bright room. I wanted to buy an OLED TV but my living room gets a lot of sunshine. I’m very happy with the quality of the TV and it’s ability to manage reflections.

TV + Sound bar issue! The TV is great- but... We have had 6 Best Buy techs here plus one Samsung - remote take over of TV by Samsung- 18 tech support phone calls of which 1/2 were to Samsung. Purchased TV with HW-Q600B Samsung Sound bar in a package 2-20-23 and the sound bar needed replacing 3-11-23 due to connection issues. Everything worked well until mid May 2023 when TV would not come on to pre-set TV + Sound bar. This has resulted in Best Buy replacing TV Main board only to have the incorrected one installed. This was discovered by Best Buy when they came out to update the firmware for the sound bar. Today the correct Main board was installed. We were told Samsung has not perfected Q-Symphony and that is why if we want to listen to both TV and Sound bar speakers (the reason we purchased the TV) we will have to go into TV main menu and select that option each time TV is turned on. The TV is set so both are supposed to go on when the TV is turned on. The TV also has failed to find the HDMI port our Roku is attached to the majority of the time. Buyers should be aware of this. Best Buy says there is nothing more that can be done to fix the problem and there is nothing they can do to get us another TV as that only can be done by Samsung. Samsung tells us there is nothing wrong with the TV! Best Buy says it is all in the TVs technology! We are very sorry to have purchased this TV and even though it is number 6 for us with 2 others in the house can not recommend this TV.

We own 4 other Samsung TVs and now after 18 months we are having issues with this tv. Getting color discoloration on left side of screen. Did not get extended warranty as we never had issues before not happy after spending almost $3,000

Great tv! Picture is bright, clear, and has no glare to speak of in a sunny room.

I replaced my LG 65" TV with this because I was not satisfied with the picture in my bright family room. I read that Samsung TVs were better for well lit rooms so I purchased this TV. I am totally satisfied with the picture in that room now.

Very clear picture. I had previously just purchased an 75” 8k Samsung, picture was extremely dark and if it was a night time or low lighted scene you could not see anything and the blacks we not distinguishable. Defective 8k returned for this model and it is a stunning picture all the way around.

Love this television. So many features with all the apps. The picture clarity is amazing.

I love my new TV it’s a lot to learn in the settings don’t think I’ll need another TV…
