UI needs work, but it’s gorgeous

My one frustration is that Samsung decided to limit the useful ui space to a tiny strip across the middle. A 2k+ tv shouldn’t be inundating me with advertisement. Especially vexing that my cheaper, older Samsung 6 series has a much more user friendly and useable ui. You already solved this problem, why are you regressing? Sort it out, Sam.

Perfect image any time of the day

I have a lot of natural light that comes in my home and there’s no glare at all on this tv. Image is beautiful. If you have a lot of natural light this is the perfect tv . No glare at all the image stays perfects.

Bad Experience

I bought this TV after doing enough research. I thought I was very fortunate to find an open box TV marked as "Excellent" at a good price only to find out it was far from excellent. What I had to go through after that was unlike the Best Buy that I have experience in the last 25 years. I am their Total Tech member for last many years. Long Story short, I managed to swap this defective piece with a brand new Sony - 75" Class BRAVIA XR X93L Mini-LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV, by paying the difference. In many ways the Sony colors are truer than the Samsung QN90B. The extra brightness that Samsung TV comes with more or less washes out the black and more often I found the picture to be dramatic than real.
