When it came up as open box (Good Condition) for under $1400.00 I jumped on it. Tweaked the settings and it is now a focal point in our Arizona room. I added a sound bar and sub for the Q Symphony. No regrets so far.

Great Picture but lots of issues

User Interface:The user interface is a little clunky but not terrible. Sound: I got a Samsung soundbar with it to use the Q-Symphony for better sound. It has good sound when it works right. I’ve had issues with sound not in sync with video (multiple sources), sounds like echo sometimes. When using the eArc connection with device plugged into soundbar the tv changes back to tv sound only sometimes. HDMI Inputs: Have issues with TiVo DVR not being recognized after power on of tv. Unplug-replug HDMI cable required to correct. They have a long list of devices the remote can control but nothing for Tivo. Apps: Decent selection of 3rd party apps. Samsung TvPlus still doesn’t work. Network connection is fine but will NOT connect or stream live channels from Samsung’s TvPlus app. Have to stream live channels on Roku device. Seems like a lot of issues for a tv the price of this one.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's QN90C TV. To ensure you have the latest performance enhancements, please be sure your TV is running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our 2023 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

Great TV poor service

Worked outstanding until Aug. 11, the screen went completely out. I contacted Best Buy and was told it was beyond the 15 days return period and I would have to contact Samsung. The process began on Aug. 13th with Samsung. It is now Sept. 11th, still no replacement. The Samsung reps I have talked to all have a different story as to the date the replacement can be expected. First talk to Samsung then to a farmed-out company to determine the problem with the TV. Then back to Samsung then TV is shipped to another farmed-out company to deliver. All the time left to me to try to keep track of as Samsung washed their hands of the process once the TV is shipped. As the owner of a house full of Samsung products, there will be no more Samsung purchases for me. Terrible terrible experience. 5 stars for the TV, 0 stars for the flawed return and replace process. Not going to happen to everyone who buys this TV, but beware if there is a problem.
