    I feel I severely overpaid for this product. It just doesn’t seem to be as nice as it was represented in the store. And, it’s supposed to be anti-glare but I think that was an over-promise as well.

Please know that your TV is engineered with Anti-Glare Technology designed to minimize ambient light reflections. We understand that light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal glare control, we recommend repositioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

      In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if the picture you are seeing is not to your liking.

      You can go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    I thought the picture quality would be better for a $1,500 tv it has the same picture quality as a way cheaper tv..

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your QN90C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    We’ve had this television for about 18 months and last week it simply stopped working. This is the least used television in our home. I regret this purchase and would consider it a complete ripoff. I will never purchase another Samsung product again.

    No sound to the AV receiver

    Picture was beautiful and the sound coming out of the TV speakers was average. Problem was it could not get any sound out from the TV to the AV receiver. I tried 3 different receivers and nothing. I returned the item and bought a Sony

    Love this TV, when it works. Best TV I have ever used in our well lighted living room because there is no glare…when it works. We have had 3 of them in the last 6 months and the 3rd one just died. Always the same problem with the one box dying. It is crap. Don’t buy it until they fix this problem!

    Better than a OLED - No burn-in

    My wife bought this for me, not from Best Buy, only because the other place gave a five-year warranty. I love Best Buy. I will be buying the Samsung 990C on Black Friday. Now for my review. I used to have an OLED, and this TV is a lot better than an OLED. The black on this TV can't get any darker. In my bright room, there is no glare. I do not have to worry about burn-in. There is a slight learning car for the apps. But once learned it is enjoyable to use. My wife could never figure out how to use the apps on my other Samsung QLED. I only had to show her once. Do not change any settings until you play 8K on YouTube. You will be amazed at how nice it looks. Get the biggest size you can afford. I went from 65 to 75. Love this size.

    Beautiful quality TV! And it has no glare! We have the TV right next to a 12 foot sliding glass door and our previous TV would should the refllection of those doors on the screen. We love it! And the picture quality is fantastic!

    So far, it's a great TV. As to the antiglare feature, it seems to work fine: The prior 75" Samsung TV did not have this and the reflections from windows on the opposite wall were annoying. While you can readily see those reflections on this TV when it is off, they are barely visible, even if you look for them, when the TV is on. I have no idea if this is due to the chemistry of the glass or an electronic development that cancels reflections, but it seems to work. I haven't had a chance to explore the "smart" features, but that is an area in which Samsung usually excels, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this model to a friend.

    My much beloved 70” Pioneer Elite in our ATMOS enabled theater suddenly gave up the ghost a couple of days ago after 10+ years of exquisite picture, Late last year we bought a 55” Neo QLED for our family room so when the Elite went out it was a no-brainer to just get the 75” version. Love the picture on both and as much as I hate to admit the new one is better than the old Elite.
