    Beautiful picture, the stand was not correct and when called to get the correct stand was told item is discontinued. Decided to mount it instead.

    Poor ops system, bad glare, no DIRECTV

    Spent wat too much on this tv based on reviews of picture quality and glare reduction. Neither are good. Plus the Samsung free tv has a quarter of the available channels as our older Samsungs or our Roku sets. Operating system is horrid and confusing. You can only use DIRECTV Stream app, not DIRECTV app. Samsung also blocks if you try to stream DIRECTV from mobile device to force you to setup DIRECTV Stream. Overall HATE THIS TV. It's also very heavy, had to buy multiple heavy duty wall mounts get one that would hold this tv straight.

    READ BEFORE YOU BUY (unless you want a floppy TV)

    Garbage. Don't buy it. There are so many better tv's in this price range. We bought this through our Total Tech membership, and they had to come out to our house FIVE TIMES to either repair or replace it. We ended up returning it and got a Sony, like we should have in the first place. In addition to all of the manufacturers and electronics defects, this TV is also floppy! Yes! Once you hang it on the wall mount, it will sag on the sides and anywhere the weight is not supported. So the result is a wavy image no matter where you view it from. Garbage.

    Absolute Disaster! Don’t buy.

    My current tv is breaking down so I needed a new one. Based on the specs and features this TV was supposed to be the best value. I was so excited it but my god was it one of the biggest letdowns ever! Tv was delivered and I set it up, etc. but I noticed once I started gaming and watching shows to test the quality it was crap. Some graphics were great! But other graphics especially lighting was absolute crap. The FPS was not as advertised and overall quality is worse than my dying tv I bought years ago. I packed it all up and drove it back to bestbuy where they said that is highly unusual and he had the same tv and I should just do a 1-1 swap. I was hesitant but I did it. Got home, did everything all over again and guess what, same issues! So I took it back that same day! After returning it I was livid for weeks! What a disappointment, what a waste of a couple days after it was over. My old tv which still shuts off randomly has better quality graphics and fps than this tv. Fyi I looked up more information on this tv, according to Samsung themselves “a large quantity of these models are defective” but it wasnt clear before they shipped to retailiers so its kind of hit or miss, we are very sorry about your experience.” Anyway, avoid this model, its crap, im still upset months later and I still need a new tv but my trust in Samsung and best buy is shot right now.

    LOST customer forever. TV stopped working 4 months

    DO NOT BUY I HAD THIS TV FOR 4 MONTHS BEFORE IT STOPPED WORKING! First time I didn't buy the warranty because every Samsung I've ever owned still works 10 years later. NOT this one it just stopped turning on 4 months after purchase. Samsung has a warranty but it's so far taken 5 days for the tech to come out take 2 pictures and reschedule another appointment to come out to "fix" the TV in 5 more days then I was told if that part didn't work they would schedule again and it could take 30 days before it's fixed AND the warranty does not start over so after 4 months of use and 1 month of waiting for repair I'll have 7 months left on the warranty.
