    I was excited to get the 2024 Samsung 75” Neo QLED TV. It would not recognize the HDMI port for my TIVO Edge. Sometimes it would work. Most of the time it didn’t. I called Samsung and worked them for 30 minutes with no success. They said to send the unit back and get a new unit. I did with the same result. I exchanged for a Sony 77” OLED TV. The Sony immediately recognized my TIVO make and model, my Verizon cable box, my Nvidia Shield, and Samsung Blueray player. My guess is the Samsung software is not ready for prime time. The Samsung picture was great, when it did work. I’m sorry it didn’t work out, because I love Samsung. I have 4 other Samsung TVs of different ages and sizes.

    The sales person (Rod)and the management were great and did a fantastic job assisting me and my wife in our purchases and otaining our Best Buy credit cards. Everything they explain to us was true and we received our Best Buy rewards points quicker than expected. Best Buys is the only place we have ever shopped. Even more now.

    Bought this tv because my Samsung series 8 lasted just long enough for my warranty to expire. It’s definitely an upgrade. Hopefully it lasts more than 5 years this time.
