Failed order!!!

She 100% discriminated against me soley by my appearance. I wear pajama bottoms and t-shirts for comfort and due to anrecent liver transplat surgery. I have spent over $10,000 in this location over the last 5 years and she treated me like a bum.

Run to a different store

I purchased this TV in Dec 2024, price dropped and I processed a price match but it was never put on my card account. I have spoken to and followed up at least 4 times with both Best Buy and Citi. Each time being told they see the price match and are sorry it has not been applied. Now 4/8/2025 and being told I am it is too late to process a price match?? I already did and have spent numerous hours on the phone with them. Terrible, horrible service. RUN to anywhere else but Best Buy!
