Open box item. TV was damaged, did not discover this until I got home and actually unpacked it 3 weeks later. 3 weeks because I was just busy at work. From what I can tell, they only bubble wrapped across the middle. So the edges and other parts of the screen were not protected. There was a large handprint on the screen. Bringing it to best buy today

This thing is like stepping into the future. It automatically detects your video game consoles when turned on, it even labels the ports when looking to switch between them. It has great features with VRR and the PS5 pro which is great. It's sharp, EXTREMELY bright. We have ours next to a window at half brightness and it's still stupid bright. It's just a fantastic device with a lot of features, it's very easy to use and I think the average person would enjoy it, and the enthusiast will love it. Great blacks, great colors, and speedy.

We bought this Samsung Neo Qeld tv two reasons one that we have owned Samsung tvs prior to this one. We went with this one because of the no glare screen and the picture quality is great , like watching tv movies in a movie theater. We got a good deal on it and one week later it came on sale and got the difference in price back.

I couldn't be happier with this model. I spend a lot of time gaming, watching movies, and streaming sports, and this TV has exceeded my expectations in every area. The first thing that stood out was how bright the picture is. My living room gets a lot of natural light during the day, and unlike previous TVs I've owned, glare and reflections are barely noticeable. Even with sunlight coming through the windows, the picture remains clear, vibrant, and easy to see. For gaming, this TV is incredible. I play fast-paced games where responsiveness matters, and everything feels smooth and fluid. The motion handling is excellent, and the picture quality makes games look absolutely stunning. The colors pop, the contrast is impressive, and the large 75-inch screen really pulls you into the experience. Whether I'm playing shooters, RPGs, or racing games, the TV keeps up without any issues. The sound quality was another pleasant surprise. While I eventually plan to add a soundbar, the built-in speakers are much better than I expected. Dialogue comes through clearly, and there is enough volume and depth to enjoy movies and games without immediately feeling the need for an external audio system. Samsung's smart features are easy to use, and navigating between apps and inputs is quick and responsive. Everything feels premium and well thought out. Overall, this is easily one of the best TVs I've owned. If you're a gamer, watch a lot of content in a bright room, or simply want a TV with an amazing picture and surprisingly good sound, I highly recommend this TV. It's been worth every penny.

This TV is great. The colors are vibrant and remain so in our bright living room. The sound is big and expansive. It has lots of nice features like displaying the weather when someone walks by. It can be voice controlled through Alexa. The size is big and the TV has become the center piece of our living room. It serves as a nice background, e.g. by turning on some calm nature or travel video when we are not actively watching it. And for night time movies with the kids. The picture is sharp and crisp, the colors are deep, and the contrast is good. It is an immersive experience. The TV was delivered promptly and the delivery time was polite and courteous. The only down side is that it operates the Samsung App Store which is not as extensive as the Android or Amazon stores. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase.

Best tv I’ve purchased to date. Awesome picture quality best picture I’ve ever seen on my Xbox Samsung tv app is very good has all the extras I’m interested in. This tv was an upgrade from a Samsung 65” Qled I finally get to run at 120hz the blacks and color blend are excellent brightness is amazing and the view angle is very good. I’d say this tv give Oled a good run for the money plus no burn-in worries.

We upgraded from a Samsung 65" we purchased 6 years ago and WOW what a difference. Our home has two large windows in the living room opposite of the tv wall so we choose this model for the anti-glare and it's worked out beautifully. Factory settings are super bright so i suggest switching to filmmaker mode, it seems to be the best for overall quality. Also, we have noticed some minor video skipping that occasionally happens on some streaming apps like Netflix, Apple TV, and HBO. The other apps and regular TV doesn't do it so im not sure if it's a TV issue or the app. Overall, it's an AWESOME TV and i would highly recommend!
