Love the TV. Love the art mode. I have not bought an after market frame. So far I'm happy with it as is. Remote is good. The app for the phone is pretty terrible

We truly are fans of the Frame TV, it is very sleek and it has great gaming quality. The Art mode is out of this world especially because of the Matt finish.

Looks literally like a painting on a wall! So sleek specially with the teak frame. The matte finish of the screen is probably the best part of this TV to detter glare

How would you feel if you bought an expensive car and a few days later the manufacturer came and pasted it all over with ads? That's how I feel about their TV. I bought it because it is a picture frame. But it soon forgets about displaying art and starts displaying ads instead. If you're buying it to hang on your wall in your elegant living room, don't. O will make your living room look cheap

Love the 75 in TV. I have in in my bedroom about 13 ft away from where I sit at my bed so I can work from home. Connects seamlessly with Microsoft and Apple computers and you can use Google voice control to switch between inputs. It also turns my Mac into a 120 hz refresh rate display when connected. Best part about this TV other than art mode is that it has no glare as the matte display really sets this in a league of its own given the shiny screens of most tvs on the market. 4K looks great on this TV. The guys at Best Buy will try to tell you that you need an OLED or newer type TV, but if you think you're the type of person who wants the Frame TV over a regular TV, it's definitely the right option for you. That being said, the only complaint is the functionality and options for Art Mode are lacking. Most significantly, I do not believe you can put your own art you upload into fullscreen mode, but instead it has a wide border. This makes it very tempting to purchase the Art subscription for the tv....I would still buy it though! I connected it to an Apple TV and I am using 2 synced Apple Homepods (the new ones) for Stereo audio and the sound is great! Make sure you have the right newest, fastest HDMI and the newest, fastest Wifi router (unless connected to cable)... I got mine for $2000 on Best buy sale.

Great tv. The screen has no glare! This makes the picture look great no matter what lights are on. Xbox games look great as well. Wife loves the look of it with the art work displayed when it is off. Pictures of this feature do not do it Justice. Go see it in person in store. All in all happy with our purchase. Only thing to note is that the cord that powers the TV can not be installed in the wall. Look on line for the proper way to install box and wire if you want to hide wires. Sound form the tv is not that great… but who buys this kind of tv and doesn’t use a sound bar. So this really is a none issue.

I prefer Sony TVs over Samsung. But the Frame TV looked so good, I loved how thin it was, that it projects art when asleep, and the matte display. I decided to take the plunge and buy the 75”, decided to Treat My’Self. I am very impressed. The TV is gorgeous in person. The included wall mount is super easy to set up. The picture quality is great. Colors very bright and vibrant. The art mode is incredible. It looks like art!!!! And my biggest complaint with Samsung TVs doesnt exist with this TV……the user interface to find apps and shows is VERY VERY fast and responsive. I love art mode so much on this TV that I decised to splurge $750 on a art-deco frame to really go all in.

A simply wonderful TV that really does have no glare. This is significant advantage in its location. The picture feature is interesting but if it's nit on the mat screen is not distracting. Picture quality is excellent and the TV really is smart enough to deal most issues. Our Geek Squad installers did a really good job of setting the TV up and explaining much about how to interact with the TV, There is a learning curve but it's not particularly steep even for seniors. A really great TV!

All the Frame TVs are pricey for the actual TV technology that you get. However, given that you are buying one of these to lay flat on your wall and to display artwork (not just a screen saver) I would give the overall experience a rating of 4.5. Pros - The physical design of these Frame TVs is marvelous. Very then and able to mount flat to the wall. Has impressed everyone who has seen it. The reason they can be as thin and mount flat is due to the TV electronics being in a separate box. The only think the connects the display and the box is a very thin wire - all the inputs, tuners, etc. are through the box which can easily sit in an entertainment console. I actually prefer this because it makes it easy to access inputs/outputs, network connections, HDMI connectors, etc. and you only need to run this thin wire through your wall. For being just a QLED the picture quality is very good. Installation is straight forward and easy. Cons - I have found that the TV does not give a consistent black screen (I have a 65" and it suffers from the same problem). There are light and dark spots across the black screen. The annual fee for artwork is a bit high but you can upload photos, etc. to the TV. There are artistic effects you can use to make photos look more like artwork - I wish there were more effects to choose from.

Great looking TV for common spaces

I know there are better quality TVs around this price range, but if you are looking for one that looks good in a high traffic area I think this is a good choice, the quality of the image is good and the anti-glare works great, we have ours in a place where the sun hits it directly and we are still able to see the image clearly. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because after around 4 months I noticed some black spots on the image and after investigating realize they were dead pixels, since I have total tech membership they were able to fix it for free, but am not sure how common of an issue this is. Other than that we really like ours.

Love this tv!!! After buying this frame we went onto buy a second frame the next week. Love the tv quality and art look when turned off. One thing to consider is it requires special design or placement for the box behind the tv, so talk with someone at Best Buy to ensure know how it works to sit flush on the wall. Definitely recommend!
