Good price during Holiday sale. Great picture, love the One Connect box...combined with flush mount really makes it stand out in artwork mode. Going to buy another for a different room as soon as the price drops again. Sound quality is as bad as every other super thin TV so plan on a sound bar.

What a piece of technology and innovation but hate to write this its a glitchy that gets REALLY annoying. Remote stops working. Top of the line sound bar the sound consistency is terrible, low voice, high sound effects, to the point now my wife wont watch movies on this TV! It LOOKs amazing. The frame and art are a great feature. Frame Turns off by itself. I brought 2 and NOT thrilled especially given the $$$! Very, very dissatisfied.

Hi Disappointing,
Thank you for choosing The Frame TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with remote response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
To check why your TV may be turning itself off, please try these troubleshooting steps: 1) Check the One Connect Connection Cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware by enabling Auto Update: Settings > Support > Software Update > Auto Update (you will need to be connected to the internet for this to work)
When connecting The Frame TV to your soundbar, please be sure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel sometimes called HDMI HEC cable. Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Lastly, please ensure both your TV and soundbar are updated to the latest firmware versions.

It is a cool concept. The flat mount was a bit of a challenge but with a little planning was not hard at all. The one box and single thin connection on the tv was great. The screen quality is very good and the available art subscription has a library of many type of art. It’s very good looking.

Looks great in my room and happen with the purchase. It's slim and not bulky like my old TV. This is a TV for you if you don't like a big black TV in your toom when it's off. The pictures on the TV is great when the TV is off.

I purchased the 75” version and it covered my entire wall. It has standalone art that I have on all the time. And when it’s time to watch something, it has incredible picture quality. My favorite tv purchase by far.

This product is awesome and art mode works great. They could use a bit of work on the app and making uploading art, and a few more options with it, but I'm confident they'll figure that out with time.

This TV has been a nightmare since we purchased it. The picture is great and although art mode is neat, we’ve had nothing but problems with Samsung’s implementation of a user identity causing us to not be able to access this feature at All. Absolute horrible user experience for settings and options on the TV as well. You have to use their app to change anything, and without a login (see issues above) this is a $3,000 dumb tv.

Hi Jeremy,
Thank you for purchasing The Frame TV and for your review. In order to download any apps in addition to the apps already pre-loaded on your TV, a Samsung Account is necessary to access the App Store. Other than adding more apps, your TV will function the same with or without a Samsung account.
Additionally, the SmartThings app is required for 2018 and later Frame TVs, and is automatically installed on your Samsung phone. For other Android or iOS devices, open either the Play Store or App Store, search for "SmartThings", and install or update the app to the latest version.
If your TV status is stuck in a particular state or does not respond to an action in your SmartThings app, you might want to try the following steps:
1) Please make sure both devices are connected to the same local network. The phone and TV must be connected to the same network as your router to be discovered by the app.
2) Refresh the device using the SmartThings app. From the Devices tab, swipe down to refresh the device list.
3) Delete and re-add the device on the SmartThings app.

This TV is so beautiful. Depending on the art and time of day, it really does look like a painting versus a TV, which is why we got it. We're putting it about a fireplace. The only downside is that the TV brightness doesn't change depending on the ambience of the room, it has to be manually changed. So it doesn't always look super realistic. And we also had an issue with a corner of the TV where all art looked duller on, Samsung sent a repair person to us quickly and they replaced the light panel in the tv. We haven't had any issues since!

I love this TV. It looks great and performs well. The only negative is there are a few TV's today (a very few) with a bit of a brighter screen. But this one works in a bright room also. The only issue is that you need to run a conduit inside the wall for the one connect cable. Not difficult but an extra step in installation. The brackets to hold the screen are difficult to install vs a normal one. If you like clean design in your house, this is a must. Also invest in a sound bar. The sound is OK but not great

After searching and searching for a quality TV for our living room, we finally decided on the frame. We bought a 75 in and were able to get an Awesome deal from the Best Buy outlet. Soon we made this purcahse, our bedroom TV died and we had to shop again for another TV. We just so happen to get lucky enough to find another 75 in frame at the Best Buy outlet (incredible savings) We absolutely love our televisions. The style and quality are top notch. 100% satisfied.

These keep getting better and better. This is our 3rd one and they are awesome for what they do and the performance from our first one in 2017 to this one is really night and day. Not the greatest TV available but if you want something that performs well but also fits virtually anywhere while eliminating the ugly black mirror, this is is brilliant. It certainly gets more oohs and aahs than any "TV" we have ever had.
