Bought this TV for its slim appearance when installed. However, the UI is absolutely terrible. Further, after a year of use, the screen is discolored with dark spots and whites have a significant green tint. When purchased, this TV was $3k and is worse than TVs of half that price. Design is not worth the sacrifices to reliability and function.

Installation was easy. Best Buy did a great job. Good product so far. The frame went on very easy. Looks great on the wall. Get the geek squad membership. Already paid for itself.

So The Frame is one of a kind, but that doesn't mean that it's particularly good. Where this TV stands out is the changeable frames and displaying art. It does look and work really well for that use case. Minus the glare...the glare is bad. It has some pretty frustrating problems when you want to use it as a TV though. The sound works only when it wants to, which is frustratingly rarely on streaming devices (i.e. Roku, Apple TV). You need to leave whatever you're watching and re-initiate the show, and then it MIGHT work. The image is acceptable for what it is. This shouldn't go in your home theater room, but I doubt it is. If, like I did, you're shopping for the Frame to give the space above your fireplace a fairly convincing art look to keep the wife happy, this will almost certainly get the job done. Just make sure you have another TV somewhere else in the house that does actual TV stuff.

A beautiful TV that meets all the advertised components. Are there TVs with better specs? Yes. But are there better TVs built to be a part the room and the best part? Absolutely not.

This tv is so thin and gorgeous on the wall. Exactly the look we were going for! The bracket also was pretty easy to install yourself.

Great TV. Easy installation and with all the apps don't need the apple TV device anymore. Wife loves the fact it doesn't look like a TV.

The TV had a huge green area of the screen that made the display unwatchable. Had the run around many times (took over 6 calls, texts, etc) to finally get a tech to come out. After he arrived (I thought they were swapping out a board to get this fixed) the technician told me Samsung will just replace it but it had already taken weeks to get the F2F. Now I am waiting an add'l month since that to get a new TV delivered by Geek Squad via Samsung RMA. Way too complicated and too long to get a working TV. Makes me re-think buying TV's thru Best Buy at this point. Should have been much easier.
