      Hi SamsungTV,

      Thank you for choosing The Frame TV and for your review. To switch between TV mode and Art Mode, press Power (upper left corner) on the remote. In Art Mode, the brightness and color tone of the display intuitively adjust to the ambient lighting of the room. The motion sensor detects any movement and will automatically turn The Frame on or off.

      Please know you can adjust the motion detector sensitivity in the SmartThings app:
      - Open the SmartThings app on your Smartphone and select the Frame TV.
      - Tap the Art Mode button located in the upper right corner. Then tap Settings.

    Crap, not worth the price. Geek squad mounted it. Worked okay, after a couple of minutes, it would turn on, say "the frame" then nothing. He said it was defective. Came back two hours later with a NEW tv (same one), same thing happened. It's not the power supply. He suggested to just get a different tv. When the tv was on, it was beautiful, but not worth the headache. When you press power, you expect the tv to turn on.

    not worth the money, can get something much better

    picture quality is poor, and colors are dull. For the price you can pick up something with much better specs. The main sell is having it hang as a painting that can turn into a TV. If anything id get a smaller one, make it look like a nice picture in hanging on the bathroom wall, then switch it to TV mode while I dookie.

    Do Not use geeksquad ..

    While best buy gave me a good price, the installation experience with geek squad is appalling. I tweeted about it on 6/22 because geeksquad damaged my property during the install. The installer confessed he’d never installed my tv before. So I was made the trial pad. They filed a damage claim and then started the saga. Since the damage was behind the tv I had to get geeksquad to remove it but they wouldn’t send me a tech to remove it and I couldn’t get it estimates. After a month’s wait I had to get my contractor to unmount and remount the tv and do the estimate which has now been settled. Moral of the story: BUY THE TV FROM BEST BUY BUT DO NOT USE GEEKSQUAD

    First of all it don’t look like a frame so don’t buy it second they charge so you can use pictures that look like frames third of all its way over price ! Don’t buy it

      We appreciate your thoughts on The Frame TV, as well as the Art Store. If you choose to not utilize the 1,400 pieces of artwork found in your TV's Art Store, please know that you can upload your personal photos from a phone via SmartThings app or via a USB drive.
      Here are the steps:
      1) Open the SmartThings App
      2) Open The Frame TV icon from the SmartThings App, select “ADD YOUR PHOTOS + (r)“.
      3) From your mobile device select (s) the pictures you want to add to the frame by checking the small box in the top left corner of the images.
      4) Once the upload is done, images will be seen in the Frame TV under “MY PHOTOS.”

      Additionally, The Frame TV includes approximately 20 free pieces of preloaded artwork you can choose from to transfer your wall into a stunning piece of art.

      Newly redesigned in 2021, The Frame has a super-slim profile of just 1". When mounted with the Slim Fit Wall Mount, it is designed to sit flush against the wall. If you are experiencing issues and a small gap between the TV and your wall is occurring, the wall may not be 100% flat, if it is constructed off-angle to the floor, or is installed incorrectly.     Maybe I got a lemon! Samsung cust service sucks!

    The screen had burn in a couple of months after the samsung warranty. Called and they will not do anything. This was expensive! Now my solar powered remote is not charging up. Great concept but definitely not worth the money!

    TV died within 90 days of install and Best Buy will do NOTHING. Of course it dies right before the Super Bowl. Very frustrating dealing with Best Buy and Samsung.

    This tv is amazing. Picture is sharp and clear, tv reacts quickly. No batteries for the remote!!! Tv is very thin and perfect for mounting. The artwork looks stunning on the tv.

    Ive owned 2 samsung TVs in the past 3 years. Both TVs screen went blank and would flip on/off. They would not reset. Most recent TV was this 75in frame TV. Less than one year its screen went caput. No more samsung products for me
