We appreciate your feedback on your TU690T TV’s picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Everything is great. I don't use streaming services often but I can understand how people think the software is slow and the remote is unintuitive but I don't regret this purchase at all.

4K but avg pic quality, very limited features

I got it in deal in $549 (75in) with 2.1 Soundbar Free ($100+ value), so kind of a steal. But i expected better picture quality and features for my main living room TV. E.g. doesnt support voice commands ( no bixby), comes with a basic remore, kinda difficult to oepeate. So be careful when chosing series. Series 7 and 8 comes with better features. Series 6 is the basic model.
