We love it! Also, the issue with neighbors trying to connect has been addressed but not completely fixed and has continued from previous versions. It requires a password to connect but still has annoying pop up everytime someone wants to connect with your tv. This is bad if you live in apartments.

I find that menus are sort of slow to pop up and that remote inputs (such as changing the volume) lag as well. It’s not that big of an issue but something to point out. Overall really happy with the purchase.

I have never experienced such wonderful helpful people working at the Best Buy in Sioux City!! I was parked loaded and on my way within several minutes.

Love the TV...only complaint is the sound isn't that great so you will have to purchase a soundbar or home theater system. So, with that being said...my 4 star rating is not a 5 due to the audio being subpar.

I was really happy with this product at first — it worked great and seemed to be well made. However, after less than two years of light use, it completely stopped working. I’m a full-time student and also work full-time, so I barely even had time to use it regularly. That makes it even more disappointing that it broke down so quickly despite being used carefully and only occasionally. For the price I paid, I expected something much more durable. It’s frustrating that it failed just outside the warranty period, leaving me with no real support or solution from Best Buy. I genuinely hope they improve the quality of their products or extend their warranty options for customers who invest in them with trust.

The tv is alright. I personally don’t believe it’s bright enough. It lags a lot. Not as loud either, i attached a sound bar so it could be louder

So far this thing looks beautiful! Changed some settings on the picture and it is very vivid and bright. Kids played the switch on it and they said it was like they were in the game. Mounted it on the wall and i needed an extra person to help. Too wide for me to carry or pull out alone. Here are the negatives i have about the tv. 1) sometimes i will raise or lower the volume and it will automatically go all the way down to 0 or all of the way up to 100 on its own. 2) everytime i turn it on, it asks me to accept the terms in order to use the smarttv funtionality. I currently use a roku with the tv so dont need the smart tv functionality and the last negative is that there are only 2 HDMI ports. I had to buy an external switch to add more HDMI ports
