Great size and the 4k brings a fantastic immersion. I bought it on Black Friday deals, and I have no regrets. Samsung is one of the best brands of TVs, maybe the best. The multimedia service is another positive pro, you don't need TV Stick because it comes with what you need, plus with some free live channels on Samsung App.

Gaming is also smooth and the picture transitions quickly. App selection is great. I play my spotify playlists and other great apps like HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu and Apple Tv. I originally purchased the Apple TV hardware but found this updated Samsung version to run smoothly. The size is great for movie or gaming nights.

We only stream and of course some services look better than others. Sometimes it seems to lag when toggling through the apps. But I’m really happy with the purchase for $650 after tax.

So Disappointed — Barely Used and Already Broke Do

However, after less than two years of light use, it completely stopped working. I’m a full-time student and also work full-time, so I barely even had time to use it regularly. That makes it even more disappointing that it broke down so quickly despite being used carefully and only occasionally. For the price I paid, I expected something much more durable. It’s frustrating that it failed just outside the warranty period, leaving me with no real support or solution from Best Buy. I genuinely hope they improve the quality of their products or extend their warranty options for customers who invest in them with trust.
