Had it repaired four times by Samsung since you have to go through the factory warranty. My experience, stay away from this tv or buy the extended warranty like we did. Hopefully geek squad can fix it or replace it.

The color on this really sucks compared to my 41” Samsung that’s almost 11 years old. The only reason we were looking to purchase a new one is because the sound is going out on the old one. It still works with the soundbar. I will be returning this. Purchased on November 27, 2023.

Should you want to troubleshoot your issue first, please try the following steps, which may improve the issues you are experiencing with the color of the TV:
Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
