    This is a really good TV for being a TV only, not for playing games or watching fast moving objects, it creates a blur a little bit because of the 60Hz refresh rate, and the samsung software has a little lag about 3 to 5 seconds when accessing the menu functions. Not bad for a blacfriday deal.

    Big screen at affordable price. Tv quickly starts and shuts off on command. I am happy with screen resolution. Samsung store is different than other stores. It took me couple of days to figure it out. I had one HDMI port didn’t recognize input but eARC work. I will find alternative solution for One HDMI and will not return TV.

    I bought this tv for my new home. New in box shipped by Best Buy. We installed it and the tv came on half white screen. Called Samsung as tv was brand new they keep saying we are reviewing this. The TV works 1/2 screen. Please look the color quality is terrible.

    Got this tv. And apon unpackimg and getting it all set up. I noticed there were a line of dead led cells from the top to the bottom on the right side. So had to take it down and repack and take back. The manager said “yeah thats a common issue with that model. About 50 percent have rhat issue. I was like, so why you selling them.

    I was so excited when I brought it but the was very disappointed the TV suck it freezes and it goes black and I have to turn it off and on and it keeps unpairing with the wifi

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    The first time I plugged in the tv, the screen had issues showing the picture. I contacted Best Buy, who referred me to Samsung. Neither company would take responsibility and asked me to pay another $500 to repair it. I’m honestly not sure which customer service was worse, and I now own an expensive paper weight.

    Only bad thing the older tv came with 4 hdmi outlets this one only came in with 2, also speakers were louder in older model ... now i need a speaker for the movies. (Sound bar)
