Great purchase for a great price! O got the greatest deal on this UHD device. I searched for the same LED screen in several stores and websites and got the greatest offer in Best Buy. The TV works perfectly with my video game console, has great image and sounds really good; also it was really easy to set it up. The only thing I would change is the remote, I rather get the other remote with a less buttons, but other than. that I'm very happy with my purchase. The product was delivered on time and in great conditions; even one of the guys from the store helped me to get the box in my car. I'm glad I bought it in Best Buy.

Could be better if it is not a defective one. Disappointed

This was a good upgrade in size from my 49” Sony. The value is good and the build quality is nice. Picture settings take a little tweaking for a better picture but I am happy with the image. My Sony had a slightly better picture but was smaller. The tv was easy to set up and there are a lot of apps available now.

What can i do i just placed tv on wall mount the first day was nice turned it on today and i have streaks running down my tv.

I like the TV, not the text message customer service though. Would have been nice to know the length of the M8 screws to mount. Returned a garbage Hisense OLED, and had to home Depot for the mounting screws on the back of this Samsung. The TV itself is perfect for us. I cannot stand the soap opera TV's when watching movies. This TV will get that effect on dynamic, but can change the settings to movie mode. We have 20ft ceiling with 2 rows of large windows. Still have to watch in a brighter setting in the daytime, and gets that little soap opera effect. I like being able to change the settings though. For football season the Dynamic setting will be great, and the movie setting is perfect for nighttime. Very happy with the TV, and the price. For those complaining it is not for gaming, grow up and get a gaming PC like an adult!

This review is for the 75" TU69OT Tizen. I will start with the one and only bad thing I have to say about this television. The remote is busy. The buttons are all scrunched together and navigation is not simple. No intuitive point and navigate function with the remote. You have to look down a lot to make sure you are punching the arrow keys instead of accidentally tapping the 'Guide' 'return' 'exit' or 'streaming' buttons. I have had this television for nearly a month and the remote has made navigating the smart features a pain. I plan on buying a different remote soon. As a previous owner of Vizio, I will never go back after my first Samsung. Samsung picture quality is top-notch, and the price for this rig was right on the money. I upgraded my internet after the purchase to get the best possible streaming quality from the rig. Sound quality is ten times better than my previous Vizio TV. I live in an apartment with thing walls, so theatre audio is not on my list of requirements just yet. The built in audio is customizable and fully suitable for my needs. A little bass, but not enough to disturb the neighbors. Great high-and-low management. Not a scientific term, but you know what I mean. Everyone hates when the talking moments are ultra-subdued, then BOOM, here comes the action twenty times louder! If you have neighbors or housemates, the audio on this TV is fantastic. I have yet to encounter a time where the high/low was obnoxious. Nobody wants to have their remote in their hand for a whole movie just in case it goes ballistic. Great audio balance. The only gaming device I have connected to this television is my docked Steam Deck. I had to update Deck firmware, as well as my Steam Dock firmware to get a solid connection, but that is not the TV's fault. It is a shortcoming out of the Steam camp. It works fine now, but I am curious how a high-end system will operate on this TV. I will be buying a great full-tower gaming PC soon, since Steam is my preferred game manager. Hope it runs beautifully at 4k native on this TV. Streaming quality is fantastic, and like I stated before, I upgraded my internet after buying this TV. Extra 20 bucks a month for a Gig connection. Our area has fantastic internet at the mid-range, and I was excited to see the picture quality get even better after upgrading to a high-range streaming quality. Worth it. I got this TV on a deal, and it is a couple of years old as technology standards go. My vision is 20/20 at the age of 40, and I do not see the need to go 8k and spend double. Especially after reading the literature on the color spectrum that our eyes can see. 4k at this level is more than enough for me, and probably more than enough for you. Unless you like to flex, which I cannot blame you for. If I had it like that then I would probably have spent 4 grand on a dream rig, even it was barely discernable from this. If you ball on a budget, then look into these Samsung 4k TV's. Ultra-satisfied...just know that you may need to buy a more comfortable third-party remote.

Very good kind of tv,it’s good quality and I will always use this tv to sing a long with my family and my friends in my garage,we sre always enjoying this tv together with my bose speaker with a good quality sound all was from bestbuy my favorite store in Stockton California.

For an "inexpensive" TV, this Samsung has a great picture and was very easy to set up on our satellite box. I recommend the install service or the physical labor part - we didn't use it and wished we had. Lifting a set this size is NOT a one-person job. We were able to utilize the wall bracket from our old TV (be sure the weight-bearing class covers this one) and expect two, even three, people to lift it and hang on the bracket. Once it's up though, it's startling how "lifelike" it is. We love it, no reservations.
