I personally got this on black friday sale and only paid 600 bucks for it ... at that price it is honestly and amazing deal ... I cant find anything to complain about. I am sure some people could but idk ... Its great to me ... playing ps5 games on this thing is super fun and that is coming from someone with a $2k gaming pc, I honestly love this tv ... are there better pictures out there ? Yeah ... in this price range ... No ... In fact I doubt you could find anything that you could actually notice for less than 1200 ... anyways I love this tv and if you want a big screen but are working on a budget this is for sure a solid move.

I thought 75" was going to be too much, but it's amazing. The image is crisp and the sound is really nice. I do wish the OS wouldn't pop up it's menu every time you turn on the tv (even if you're using another port) and that it had more HDMI ports (seriously, it's 2023. TV makers need to assume we have STUFF - sound bars and game consoles and devices. On a TV this size, you have to assume someone has STUFF). But otherwise, for the price, and quality, it's great. We bought another 55" for the bedroom only a few weeks later.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.75 Samsung inch for 579$ is good deal. the customer service in Georgetown TX is great. the TV i purchased came with a broken panel, with a single call the best buy customer service replaced us a new TV in 3 business days and also took care of return without any hassle. like any samsung TV product, the picture quality is great and the sound is clear. the smart tv interface is easy to use. however the only problem we face is this particular TV lacks digital to analog conversion support for external sound box.

It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your TU690T TV’s picture.
I recommend using Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

I have a 65” in the same series downstairs. I liked it so much I got the 75” as well! If you want a pretty great TV for a good price this is for you!
