My son and I had a time setting it up and adding the apps, but after a couple of youtube videos and patience, we were able to get them working! The teamwork, though :) It is definitely a Samsung TV thing. I never had trouble setting up other TVs. The Best Buy pickup was seamless! They brought the product to the front quickly and helped load them. It was a great experience!

Good but won’t stay connected to WiFi

Thank you for sharing your experience. Buffering during streaming is typically related to internet speed or signal strength. This can happen when your connection isn’t able to deliver data quickly enough for smooth playback.
We recommend the following steps to help improve streaming performance:
1. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection, if available
2. Try a wired LAN connection for more stability
3. Reposition your router to minimize obstacles between it and the TV
4. Make sure your TV is running the latest firmware (Settings > Support > Software Update)
5. Run Device Care to optimize performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

I had broke my other tv by mistake and this one caught my eye im gladbit reeled me in because once i got this setup football was on and poppin i hooked it up to my sound bar and the sound sounded like it was comingbfrom every corners of the room. So that being said this tv is a must.
