This product was on sale, so it was a great purchase for our basement. We knew this was a UHD TV and not the highest end TV in terms of the picture quality, but it serves well as a large screen TV for our basement.

I’ve been using the tv for about a month now. So far the picture quality and sound have met my expectations. The main complaint I have is with the remote. It’s pretty basic. If you are planning to use it for navigating through the streaming process it is adequate however, if you were using the TV and an antenna trying to find your local channels, it is a little bit more difficult because you have to scroll through all the channels to get there. You can’t just type in the number of the channel that you’re looking. I am on the second TV for this model, the first one I brought home was broken in the box with no visible signs of damage to the box itself. I packed it up, carried it back to the store and they exchanged it with no problems whatsoever. Great customer service!

I bought this TV from Best Buy after comparing several models, and it did not disappoint. The picture quality is excellent, especially for watching movies and sports. The colors are bright, and the clarity is amazing. Setup was very easy, and the smart TV apps load fast. The remote is simple to use, and the sound quality is decent even without a soundbar. Best Buy’s staff was helpful, and pickup was smooth. Overall, this TV is worth the money, and I highly recommend it.

The purchase started out a little shakey with a delivery SNAFU. After 6 phone calls and 6 different runaround answers, I finally spoke with the store manager who straightened things out and sent the geek squad A team who did a great job mounting it and setting it all up. They were professional, friendly and knew their stuff. A+ to the New Hartford store manager, A+ to the geek squad, and we love the TV. The picture is beautiful and we've had no problems.

My wife has vision problems and while visiting our daughter, she experienced a large and clear Samsung TV. I ordered one from Best Buy for her. The picture is amazingly sharp, clear, and large. We would highly endorse it for anyone, but especially for anyone visually challenged.

The picture and sound is out of this world, this is my first time owning a Samsung big screen TV. The quality is perfect. The sound makes it even better. I recommend a Samsung tv to anyone looking for a good quality Big Screen, I love my 75' the new model 2025!

Love the quality. The operating system(Tizen) is great on this model. I have a 55 inch Samsung and notice many delays on menu but nothing bad, this TV is way smoother compared my 55. Would highly recommend for any living room or home theater.

The whole experience from start to finish, with the complete installation. The Eastgate store was packed, as the Black Friday deals were still in full swing. We were greeted immediately and directed to the right department . Where again, we were promptly greeted by Ben. Ben answered all my questions (I brought a list of questions) and directed us to the right TV with a great deal. The 75" Samsung is perfect for our budget. And the quality is 10 out of 10.

Great picture, great sound, great quality, i love everything about it, it has so many cool features like game mode, which make is super easy to switch between tv and gaming systems, it has cool/classic games already installed and ready to play in the tv itself, you can pretty much use it as a pc also. This is the smartest/easiest TV i have ever owned! Also the people at best buy were great, they safely loaded it up for me and everything!!!

I had a 75-inch TV delivered and wall-mounted by Best Buy, and the experience was outstanding. Thr installers were courteous, efficient, and very skilled. They didn't waste any time, mounted the TV perfectly, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything worked before leaving. Excellent service all around

Order online and it was ready in about 15 mins to pick. Employees loaded it in my truck for me. Tv is a great buy. Price was right so over all a good experience

The tv is crystal clear. For some reason it will not stay connected to WiFi even though my WiFi connectivity is in the living room with the tv. Other than that no other complaints.
