Extremely disappointed with this TV. It lags constantly and is painfully slow to respond. If you watch TV often, do NOT buy this. Spend the extra money and save yourself the frustration. This “budget friendly” option is the perfect example of you get what you pay for. Nothing about this TV feels friendly…. Only regret.

Great Picture, quality, product overall. Nice interface. We're a samsung TV family and this is perfect for us. Got one prior on Amazon for same price and it arrived broken and useless. Best buy delivery and install was so worth it and TV was cheaper than amazon TCL!

I’ve been using the tv for about a month now. So far the picture quality and sound have met my expectations. The main complaint I have is with the remote. It’s pretty basic. If you are planning to use it for navigating through the streaming process it is adequate however, if you were using the TV and an antenna trying to find your local channels, it is a little bit more difficult because you have to scroll through all the channels to get there. You can’t just type in the number of the channel that you’re looking. I am on the second TV for this model, the first one I brought home was broken in the box with no visible signs of damage to the box itself. I packed it up, carried it back to the store and they exchanged it with no problems whatsoever. Great customer service!

The purchase in the store was extremely simple. The connection with my soundbar was a little difficult as the TV did not have an optical connection. I had to purchase a new sound bar and connect via Bluetooth which I really didn't want to do. The picture and Samsung channels were a real plus.

Decided to purchase the samsung 75 inch 4K TV as an upgrade for my home. I am very please with the quality and all the features the TV has to offer. It works well since most of my electronics are made by Samsung so they all pair well. Only complaint is only having 2 HDMI ports but that is a simple fix with an adapter. I am please with my 75” TV. The clarity of the picture the Apps and features. I’m disappointed at the cost to have the TV mounted on the wall but I’m glad that I did. I wish that it could be make the sounder more like a theater.

This is a good TV but needs more input/output availability. I'm guessing that's why this particular model is now discontinued. It has a nice, clear picture. Sound is decent but better with a sound bar. Good TV for the price
