The purchase started out a little shakey with a delivery SNAFU. After 6 phone calls and 6 different runaround answers, I finally spoke with the store manager who straightened things out and sent the geek squad A team who did a great job mounting it and setting it all up. They were professional, friendly and knew their stuff. A+ to the New Hartford store manager, A+ to the geek squad, and we love the TV. The picture is beautiful and we've had no problems.

The whole experience from start to finish, with the complete installation. The Eastgate store was packed, as the Black Friday deals were still in full swing. We were greeted immediately and directed to the right department . Where again, we were promptly greeted by Ben. Ben answered all my questions (I brought a list of questions) and directed us to the right TV with a great deal. The 75" Samsung is perfect for our budget. And the quality is 10 out of 10.

Great picture, great sound, great quality, i love everything about it, it has so many cool features like game mode, which make is super easy to switch between tv and gaming systems, it has cool/classic games already installed and ready to play in the tv itself, you can pretty much use it as a pc also. This is the smartest/easiest TV i have ever owned! Also the people at best buy were great, they safely loaded it up for me and everything!!!

Tv is okay but the OS is pretty slow. When I hit a button on the remote it takes at least 30 seconds to open up the system menu. The size is great though and it functions okay.
