Unfortunately, they Do Not stand behind what they commit to. In fact their delivery driver, assigned to deliver my TV, called but only spoke Spanish. He didn't know I am bilingual and told me he cancelled my delivery (now the 5th reschedule) because the box was damaged, AND my delivery was 1 hour and 20 minutes outside of his delivery route. Then I told him in Spanish, "thanks for telling me." I purchased same model TV from a different store with "on-time" delivery and installation.

Let’s start with the positive, beautiful screen, thin and light TV. Easy to mount and to connect with all your apps. The bad, even with a sound bar the sound is sub-par. The remote needs to be pointed directly at the TV for it to work. My last TV/remote could be used no matter which direction it was pointed in. No optical connection on the TV, however the Samsung sound bar has one. Even with an adapter, it still doesn’t work. My advice would be to really look at all of the details of the TV.
