    Great TV. Everything we were looking for to replace our older model. The only problem I have is sometimes the backlight does not turn on. It is easy to fix by holding down the power button.

    Awesome TV, only issue was it was too big to fit in SUV so had to have it delivered. Assembly was pretty easy, programming was not real intuitive but we did it.

    Not real happy with this samsung tv. Good picture but confusing user interface. Sound not too good and there are apps I used with my firestick that are not available. I expected more from samsung.

      Thank you for your review. To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your model to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support

      If the sound is not to your liking, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

      • Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

      • Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

      Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-Q600C) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

    It’s ok but I wonder about the HD pictures sometimes. I don’t know if it’s Dish’s problem or the televisions. It seems like when the air is dry the pics poor, but when it’s damp then it’s great. So maybe it’s Dish’s problem.

    The picture is great. The REQUIRED Samsung account was difficult to set up and has experienced multiple network errors, forcing me to use a Firestick at times. Our experience with the delivery service was not great and I’ll leave it at that.
