TV is gorgeous. Alexa is terrible. All in all I'm still happy with my choice of tv. However, Best Buy has lost a customer. My experience started at the Vineland, NJ store where you can no longer find help within the department you are looking for. Why? All the staff is congregated at the front of the store. When I approached them, they continued talking and just let me stand there. Frustrated, I left the store. The employees laughed at me while I walked out. This was a 2,000 purchase that the store could have had. Frustrated, I ordered the tv online. I'm really thankful for the 12 hour window Best Buy gives you up until the night before delivery and having to schedule a full day off of work. Got my tv, assembled it with friends (I'm not paying 200 for you to take the tv out of the box) and the entire tv was cracked. It took me an hour to reach a live person. I must have been transferred 7 times. Best Buy could not get the tv to me for two weeks and offered absolutely nothing for my experience, time off of work, time on the phone, or the inconvenience of not having a tv for 2 weeks. I was told I had to call back once I received the new tv to be offered "compensation" that they could not give me an amount. Yet again, I had to take another full day off of work, tip the delivery drivers twice now, and assemble another tv. This tv was not damaged. I called back for my "compensation" and spent 1.5 hours on the phone being transferred as no one could help. For all of my inconvenience, BB said they would mail me a $75 gift card to BEST BUY. I once remember the days you could not get into a BB parking lot. Now, I know why they are empty. Stand behind your product and ensure your customers are taken care off. I can't wait until Amazon puts you out of business! (PS Amazon could have the same TV delivered in 3 days).

This TV is fantastic! It has a very clear picture, and it's like having the people in the room. It is easy to use and a great purchase or the money

Perfect color and brightness for movies and gaming. The black is much darker than my previous LED tv.
