Absolutely love this TV! Great picture quality and sound. We definitely prefer the OLED over our QLED Samsung 65". Looking forward to enjoying this TV for many years to come.

Great tv I have never seen such a clear picture in my life. Plus the staff was amazing in helping and putting up with me as left them standing while I was choosing between 4 tv's at the time.

First of all, I want to thank Best Buy help me exchange numerous 85" TV'S since November 2023. The Geek Squad service is excellent. I have owned most high-end TV'S since 2013, but I have never owned a QDOLED. Only recently, before buying this TV I had tried the QM8 and the Sony X90L as well. I currently own a QN90A. In a nutshell, this QDOLED technology is far superior to any other technology out there. It's a better mouse trap! I do hope Samsung pursues an 85" model. Or any other "new size" between a 77" and a 98". This technology is so innovative that it would deserve its own production plant.

The picture is crisp. At night the brightness adjusts and makes it perfect for dark rooms. PS5 gaming is absolutely smooth and extremely detailed. A++

Beautiful bright picture. I have a few OLED tvs (most older/earlier models) but this one has the best contrast, and color of any TV i have owned.

WOW !!! PICTURE IS TRULY AMAZING. I did my research for months and this tv was rated best oled tv for price and quality. Was an easy sale for salesperson. The salesperson recommended the the Best Buy Total membership for coverage which i agreed to . I watched video's on you tube for unboxing and wall mounting which were very helpful as i was a little skeptical because of reviews stating there were no threaded mounting holes on the back of tv . I am confirming they are there. Which could of been resolved if salesperson told me the Total plan includes delivery and installation.

This is the 3 OLED I have owned but this samsung is the best TV I have ever owned. It has the great picture, colors and brightness.

The Samsung 77" OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen Television Has A Wonderful Picture. The remote could be a little less prickly but I'm getting used to it.

Beautiful picture, black scenes live up to the OLED hype and the remote is small and very useful. Geek Squad did a great job mounting the TV on the stone fireplace.

Incredible picture!! Easy setup and the speed and black contrasts is just amazing. Intuitive menu navigation. Can't say enought about this TV.

Fantastic TV! Great picture and sound. TV is heavy so if you are hanging on a wall you will definitely need 2 people and knowledge of what you are doing.
