The tv is good, not great after a couple months of use. I bought this tv because the floor model put out a nice image, and it seemed to check the boxes. The tv does look nice, but i should have done more research. Samsung apparently refuses to implement Dolby Vision support, but could do so with a firmware update as I understand. Instead, they opt for HDR 10+ support, which is far less widely used. No gaming consoles support it. I am not totally unhappy, its a nice tv. But if i had to purchase again i would pick a brand that supports dolby vision.

FANTASTIC size and clarity......it is fantastic because I remember watching our 'first' TV with a thick square magnifying screen attached to it to make it look bigger......THEN the neighborhood kids would come over with pillows to sit on the floor to watch a small miracle. I was one popular cool chick!

Great picture quality great quality for the price of the tv

Best TV I have ever owned. I bought it for $1799.00 + tax, so price-performance-wise it doesn't get any better than this. I won't go into details about the TV specs, if you want to read that go to rtings. I upgraded from a Samsung Q8, and the difference is astonishing. That being said, the only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because Samsung refuses to give me manufacturer warranty in this unit, they won't tell me why, so I am still debating whether if I should return it, or pay for bestbuy's extended warranty.

Had this tv for a little over 6 month's now and really like this tv. Like other have mentioned, the only issue I've ran into is the sports apps. ESPN, Foxsports, and even Parmount. When watching any kind of sports on this tv it gets glitchy. Either it'll freeze or buffer, any other entertainment other than sports it works perfectly fine. Picture quality is amazing, I game sometime and it keeps up perfectly. If they could come out with an update to completely solve the bugs it has left, I would give this a 5 star.

Great clear picture. Setting up the TV (remote etc,) was pretty easy. Great price. Only issue is this TV was much larger and heavier, with the majority of the weight sitting low which makes it pretty awkward to lift. Don't be like Dave select the mounting and hook up option when checking out. Your back will thank you.

I purchased this Samsung 77 inch television to replace a television that the display went out on. I have thoroughly enjoyed the new tv and been amazed at the quality of the picture. I see things in movies and shows that I never noticed before.

Great picture sound and quality .great rewards when purchased

This TV is fantastis so far. The QD OLED picture us crystal clear and this is by far the best TV I have ever owned to date. Hopefully, I will not experience any alleged "burn in" issues reported by many owning OLED televisions. This TV replaces a Sony XR-75X95J which also had a great picture but pales in comparison to the Samsung QD OLED.

First Best Buy person who helped me load it in my pickup is a complete total idiot! Luckily the TV box was extremely strong. Love the picture quality, best I’ve ever seen! The sound quality is absolutely horrible, even when the sound is low, the bass is 100% distorted. Have it hooked up to sound bar with Dolby Atmos, Tried all settings but still the sound doesn’t match people’s lips.

I am really happy with my purchase. The picture clarity & sound are as expected I am enjoying every bit of it watching my favorite movies/shows etc. It's been the best deal for a while. Everyone who visits my house is really impressed with the TV & the deal was the icing on the cake.
