I'd give it 5 stars if that was all I was reviewing. When I went to pick up my order, the person helping me required me to lift my own TV into my car. I have a very bad back and am a tiny person. I could not properly lift it, and it didn't even fit into my car. The customer should never be required to load their own stuff and the employee should be able to tell if an item will fit or not. He then took the TV back inside so that I could to get a truck to pick it up. When I went back to pick it up, it said it was already picked up. The employees fixed the issue and I was able to get the TV, but my son who picked it up in his car also had to basically load it himself as the employee offered very little assistance. The TV itself is great.

You can’t tell if it’s on or off the black levels are so good. We have a time of day the sun shines on it and it handles it well! The mount is low on the TV, had to get creative with the mount from the past TV.
