I will never buy a Samsung TV again. As a long time fan, if you follow gaming culture this brand — Samsung — just pulled a Battlefield 2042. I didn’t want to review but I can’t not review — Samsung, update your firmware. This is a TV for enthusiasts. At this tier — the TV should be compatible with external components flawlessly. And I am not trying to discourage you, the picture is beautiful — but the software is horrible. I bought 2 of these — 1 in 77”, 1 in 65” which was DOA and BestBuy almost didn’t return it, but they did. The 77” I have to reboot the tv because the GUI and software is written so poorly there’s no robust error handling programmed in, so switching to and from game mode might crash the TVs system. This is such an issue on both TV, even going from a cable to the onboard applications on the 65” can crash the TV software — to the point you have to unplug it, let the CAM clear and plug it back in for it to boot, the remote stops working (this is 3 TVs I personally dealt with, exact model. Different sizes. I have 2 in my house right now and they’re trash. Cool. I have $5000 worth of trash in my house. BestBuy ate the cost and returned one that was $2000 so between BestBuy and Myself we have dumped about $7000 on garbage from Samsung. Thank you. Best Buy — you’re amazing as always. I’m sorry your vendors suck sometimes.

I’m really impressed with the advanced technology of this TV. The colors are vibrant and rich, making every scene feel lifelike, and the viewing experience is very comfortable for the eyes, even during long watching sessions. What I love most is how well it adapts to all kinds of lighting in the room—whether it’s bright daylight or dim evening light, the picture stays clear and detailed without losing quality.

This is a great television. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself. Its perfect for movie watchers, sports enthusiasts, gamers and regular tv programs. The color is so vivid and the sound is pretty good however I personally like surround sound.

Fantastic television. Colors are vivid, no jitter or lag, screen brightness is great, (with picture settings changed from default). Size is a huge bonus - don't think I'll ever go back to a smaller screen, and as others have mentioned, it's like having a theatre in your living room. The set's default is ECO mode which saves energy at the expense of brightness. Change that and any other settings to make the set pleasing to your eyes. As far as sound quality, if you're getting this set, if you haven't already - put some money into a soundbar or some other audio device to immerse yourself. You won't be disappointed. Other than that, inch for inch, dollar for dollar - arguably the best OLED offering for 2024.

I have 5 Samsung TVs without issue so ignored the bad reviews for this model. Died right after my BB Plus 60 day return window. No Power. No Red Light. Replacement Power Board out of stock so nothing Samsung can do. Doesn’t matter if you have Geek Squad extended warranty. Within the first year must work through Samsung. Even offered to buy a more expensive TV just so I don’t need to deal with this unit that obviously has major issues (easy to find hundreds of similar complaints online). Best Buy was no help. When buying a $2,500 TV expect it to last more than 3 months. Really frustrating and disappointing with both Samsung and Best Buy

Love this TV. Clarity and brightness are perfect for an open room with natural light. Built in OS is responsive and easy to use. Stock speakers are somehow not terrible either, although I do have a sound system. Highly recommend.

I mostly game on a tv rather than watch videos/content. And this tv was rather perfect for that particular purpose. Samsung's quantum dot technology combined with Oled display technology really does make colors appear more visually appealing than a standard Oled display. The gaming features that this TV provides is top notch as well. 144hz on a screen this big is simply marvelous and sound quality is actually pretty good for tv speakers. Overall an excellent product and I'm very satisfied.

Durability and longevity is still to be determined but after a few days of usage I can say this is the best TV I've ever seen. I never leave reviews on products but this TV is so good I'm leaving an honest review. I have the 77" model and I just finished Arcane Season 2 and my goodness..... It is breathtaking, the colors, searing brights, and pure blacks are a cinematic joy to look at. I'm coming from a top of the line 2019 over $3,000 Samsung Q9 QLED TV and this new TV blows my old TV out of the water. I'm using a Nakamichi Shockwafe Ultra 9.2.4 Channel Dolby Atmos sound system and with this TV it's better than the theaters. I am beyond happy with my purchase so far.

Looked at a lot of Tv, especially oled. I simply could not find a better picture for the price than the s90. No Dolby vision? who cares the picture color pantone certification is fine with me. It would be hundreds more on another brand for this picture.Clear dialog on new and programs movies. Paired it with a Q-syphony sound bar . Makes it outstanding. The fact I got a open box for a huge discount made it a simple choice.

We love this TV. The color is perfect, beautiful sharp, clear vibrant. The OLED feature is what my husband loves the best and the size is perfect especially for watching movies.

Purchased this tv 11/2024, enjoyed the picture, all around great tv. However, it just quit in the middle of a movie and wouldn’t turn back on. Other people are stating they’re having the same issue. Samsung is sending someone out to repair it. Never had an issue before with any television brand, but probably wont go back to Samsung, at least not OLED.

The tv is amazing. Extremely bright has very little to no issues with glare. The game mode is amazing allowing you to put a permanent dot in the center of the screen for better accuracy. It’s fast and responsive. My only complaint with the tv is the remote doesn’t have a simple input/source button. It also has a really cool split screen mode on the tv allowing you to enjoy separate content at the same time.

Amazing purchase. Main cons is the operating system, not as smooth as my LG CX. If you’re a Nintendo switch 2 owner the tv has issues recognizing the system so I have to change it to PC mode then switch it to game mode. Picture quality is amazing.

I want to thank BB for the great customer support[Mohegan Lake NY]. The guys at the store and the install team were like friends in highschool. Easy to cimmunicate with and grewt service. This OLED QD TV is phonemenal. My birthday was coming up and I told the wife we are due for a new tv. The one before is a samsung I bought dec of 2011. The detailed blacks and crisp colors blew us away. Native 4K content is just on a whole other lvl. Even when the ai built into the processor codr upscales content is amazing. Video games look so different you would think you havent played the same game before. Excellent TV.

I’ve owned Samsung TVs for many years. The most recent one was the Q7 QLED 75”. Great picture but compared to the newer OLED, huge difference. Picture is more crisp and colors are more vibrant. Also went with the Q symphony 11.1.4 soundbar system. I would have to say that this system is fantastic. Using the TV speakers in conjunction with all the other soundbar and rear speakers. I had a Bose series 7 soundbar with my old tv. It sounded good by not this good.

I purchased an Open Box TV listed in “Good” condition, expecting minor cosmetic wear, but with all parts included and proper handling. The sales associate was helpful and confirmed that all accessories were included; however, at pickup, some parts were missing and the TV was delivered in a condition that does not reflect a “Good” Open Box standard. The TV appeared to have been poorly handled and was only wrapped in bubble wrap, without proper protection or packaging. I also had to drive nearly 40 miles to pick it up, and transporting it in that condition was difficult. While the TV functions, the overall condition and pickup experience do not reflect the price paid. I do have evidence showing the condition in which the product was delivered, and I was expecting to be contacted to discuss a possible price adjustment.

Best tv I have seen! The image is out of this world with the right settings, audio could improve, sometimes too high or too low, I’m getting a Samsung sound bar to match and use the Q symphony

I have a Sony and a Lg oled and my wife wants to try the QD-OLED panel to see how good the quality was in reality. Our 77-inch came defective with a black screen coming on and off every 15 seconds and a line in the middle. Samsung should have better QC control before dropping any device of this level like that. That’s why my 3 stars. Thanks to Best Buy for the quick action on returns and giving me a new one. Screen overall, the color and brightness are amazing. Nothing can compare. The menu still needs to get better and more intuitive. Tizen is in 3rd place behind android tv and web os but Input lag on this tv have the best, and gaming has a draw with LG

The Samsung S90D is absolutely incredible. The OLED display delivers deep blacks, vibrant colors, and sharp details—perfect for movies and gaming. The interface is smooth and intuitive, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. Easily one of the best TVs I’ve owned. Highly recommended!

This TV has been absolutely amazing, the picture quality, and color depths is breathtaking. Definitely a best buy
