I was long overdue for a new TV for our family room. It had been a couple of years since I purchased my last Family room television. I have to say it was a great decision to visit Best Buy because I received great customer service and information, and I was able to buy the best TV I have ever owned. The Samsung 77 Class S90D has the best crisp/sharp picture and the coolest features. Since I purchased this TV, our family has been making it family movie nights every weekend. Thank you Best Buy !

The picture is amazing. There’s was an electrical for the first few weeks of using it where the tv would randomly turn off. A tech did come out and fixed the issue eventually. Personally I do not like the layout of the settings.

The Samsung 77" series QLED 4k Smart TV has been one the best TV I ever purchased. This TV is everything and more that it was advertised to be, excellent picture, the color is absolutely amazing, and the sound is awesome. If I had to purchase a tv again, I would without any doubt make this purchase again. Every one of my guests has complemented me on this purchase. The comments have been, words of amazement regarding the size, the clarity, the color, and the sound.

The Samsung 77” S90 D has an incredible picture. I loved it until last week when went off and won’t turn back on. Best Buy Geek Squad personnel were very helpful and are delivering a replacement next week. I know these things happen but this was incredibly disappointing!

I wanted to write this review specifically for Sonos users. This TV does have the eARC return. I got this to upgrad my older samsung tv that did not have it, thinking that i would get dolby atmos 7.2.4. I found that this is not entirely correct. If you are using the tv apps you will only get 5.2.4. You have to have a seperate device that is capable of pushing 7.2.4 and set the tv up for pass through. I had to go get an amazon firestick max. I can confirm that the max will produce 7.2.4. There are other devices such as the shield and bluray players. As for the TV. If you are on the fence, go ahead and do it. Its the best looking tv i have seen!

I’ve had this Samsung S90D 77” TV for over a month now. I do not use the onboard sound system, instead feeding everything into my stereo; so all I can review is the image quality, which is stellar. While the image varies from TV (where some commercials are better imaged than the programs they support!) to BluRay discs, all of them are very fine. I found I could adjust the image quality to be as subtle or intense as I wish. The installers from BestBuy were friendly and efficient. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Excellent product remarkable love it. I would absolutely recommend this tv.Family and friends were absolutely surprised at the clarity and color abstractions.Beautiful like being in a movie theater..Kudos.

Ooh!!! I would diffinately recommend, this is the best oled smart tv ever, the picture image is soooo natural, excellent buy, money well well well spent !!!

This TV is incredible! It is the best one I’ve purchased to date! Its luminous display is beyond measure. I was amazed especially at the picture quality and the features of the tv. It upscales my picture to near 4K making the images breathtaking! So far I am well pleased.

This Samsung S90D is a great product. With vivid colors, excellent brightness, and clarity from all angles, it's an enjoyment to watch for hours.

this tv is just what I needed after having a 33 inch for the past 10 years it was time for a change. I love the color and how crisp it is. If I had to pick on one thing. the buttons on the actual TV are very hard to find. I had to google it and still was having trouble finding it. I still havent found the mic button so that I can use voice on my remote.

We bought this to replace a 75" that was about 10 years old and starting to have picture problems. Really love the picture quality of this OLED TV. The one we replaced was also 4k and UHD, but the OLED on this is really amazing. Some others mentioned issues with the speakers. We have not had any issues with them. The sound is really good. Like others have said, the little remotes take a little getting used to, but they are doable. And you can use your phone app instead, if you want to. Overall, I would recommend this TV.

Worked great, until it didnt. Great picture. Suddenly stopped working.

After 8 months of use, it has a spectacular image. I was hesitant about the different OLED technologies because some of them are costly, but this TV matched my budget and did not disappoint me. It needed some service, but it was fast, easy, and responsive.

Great TV with fantastic picture. Started with the S95D but we had to replace it because of a bad pixel, and took the opportunity to reconsider the price difference and get this S90D instead. Replacement was very easy thanks to FANTASTIC customer service from the Best Buy team at Silverdale WA, especially Kristoffer, who was simply outstanding. We like it this one much better than than the S95D. The lack of the antireflective screen is not an issue, even in our very bright room, and this S90D has better picture quality, in my opinion. Very happy with this TV.

This TV is HUGE! It’s like being in a movie theater, actually better! The colors are outstanding and gorgeous and vivid…need sunglasses to watch (not really but almost). Very pleased with this purchase.
