Worst Samsung TV ever

Purchased in August 2024, lasted 2 months. Got Geek Squad protection so Best Buy sent a new one out in October. Failed again in mid January. Going to try for a refund and go with a different brand. Its a shame because it has a great picture and I've never had any issues with Samsung in the past.

Unfortunately, in the Best Buy store they could not turn the TV to a sports channel, so I had to trust their person helping me and the reviews. Close up pictures are awesome, distances that show the whole court or field, not so much.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

The only downfall is the small remote which is not ergonomically designed well for a man with large hands.

Samsung should have stayed out of the OLED game

A month later and 2 out of the 3 have failed in one way or another. If you notice Samsung does not do surveys and they don't really stand behind their product like other companies do. Luckily they are within their return period so OLED u gotta go LG.

Color, ease of use, pic quality. Additionally I got a price adjustment with no headache as it went down in cost by $200

One weird thing we are trying to figure out is that the voice volume shuts off and we need to turn off the TV and turn it back on, which seems to resolve the problem. Otherwise, we love it.
