Quality issue with power supply - don't buy!

Unfortunately like many others here, the TV powered down while watching it and it no longer powers on. Appears to be a faulty power supply. We are outside the return window for Best Buy so we are stuck with this TV. Crossing our fingers that they replace the power supply with a newer version. Sad to spend $2500 to have it fail in 3 months. Our last two Sony TVs - now 10 years old - never failed us. Only reason we switched was for an OLED picture. Now regretting we chose Samsung

Big draw back is that the TV just stopped working less than a year in wouldn’t turn on. Not sure if this is a Samsung TV issue or I just purchased a faulty TV.

Great depth makes you want to walk down the street or jump right into the fun at a party. I almost caught a football last Sunday. You won’t be disappointed with this TV or the setup service from Best Buy.

Faulty product

HOWEVER, the TV had a major fault failure within the 60 day replacement period. Best Buy replaced. The second new TV of same model failed in 5 days. Switched to Sony for next replacement. I preferred the Samsung in picture quality and user interface, but powering on is important in a TV.....
